From the beginning my care took precedence. My last dentist did a lot of work putting in a bridge which cost me at the time about $6,000 knowing that at some point the teeth would fail. He never even informed me so that I could make an informed decision. When He did tell me the teeth had failed and it was too late the only thing I could do now is go for implants. So far Dr. Neil has been terrific he is no rushing, taking it slow because he has a another guys mess to clean up.....I will continue this review in real time.

The biggest issue is that Dr Garrin was using a company that he had never used and didn't know how to perform the surgery. As a result, my implants werent done correctly. I woke up in the middle of my surgery. This wouldn't have happened if I were being monitored by a Registered Nurse with ACLS and conscious sedation training. I can't state absolutely that the person who was required to monitor me wasn't an RN or ACLS-certified. Because I never got an answer from her. When I woke up in the middle of my surgery, there were 2 "other people" in the room during the surgery. These "other people" were reps from the "new company". They were teaching Dr. Garrin how to perform the procedure. I heard most of their conversations. I was never informed that this was new, nor was I advised that anyone else would be in the room with me. Not surprisingly, when I woke up, the "other people" were nowhere to be found! If I hadn't woken up DURING the procedure, I would never known that this was Dr. Garrin's first time doing this procedure and he was being trained, nor would I have known that there were 2 other people involved in my surgery. This is absolutely not in accordance with informed consent. The prosthdontist had to redo all the abutments. Yet they took me to small claims court for not paying them 1200$. As many other people commented, the judge knew his representatives well-sounds pretty suspicious! The judge wasnt interested in the fact that my surgery wasn't done properly; all he saw was an outstanding balance Both my children and I had used him in the past without issue (aside from the nasty lady at the front desk). He will be doing surgical intervention on my son in January on his canines. Besides the latter, the experience I had at the Moorestown office was exceptionally great. The staff, every single one of them - from beginning to end were attentive and just generally good human beings. When going to sleep, I had two nurses take care of me and before I knew it, I was in a sideroom comfortably waking up. The worked with me on pricing using my Aetna Dental Savings card and gave me remedial recommendations throughout. Again, just generally good human beings doing their thing. Then the second visit the "Dr." attempted to insert my IV. OMG what a nightmare, after about ten attempts she was trying to insert the needle into my foot. Like what doctor can't insert an IV. An I had to be the one to blame, she said my past drug use was the issue, if that was true why did her medical assistant get the IV in on her first attempt. "Dr." Cyndi I'd completely unethical and unprofessional. She made comments like oh your so lucky your alive after doing so many drugs. I called and spoke to Marlene and explained my broken molar. Marlene made me feel like I had been their patient forever. She asked to put me on hold to speak to the Dr. She was able to get me an emergency appointment for the next day. I was shocked! R by The next day as I was driving there somehow I couldn't locate the building but the front desk guided me in. She was so nice and patient. I didn't have to wait after signing off on my new patient documents before being called back. They took care of my tooth and of course invited me back.
