Every company gets good or bad review at some point or another. But for me this is one of the worst dentist I have ever been. I went to see Dr Kardon for some dental work. I work for a major company and was referred to TLC by MetLife which is my insurance company. I went there for consultation told her what is needed to be done. I asked the doctor's assistant to send in for predetermination to my insurance so I will know. First of all her office staff is very rude and unprofessional especially Sara. There were times she hang up the phone on me and was told I call too much. To me that is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Then I was told that my insurance does not cover, and I had to pay instead of submitting it to my insurance to find out that was a red flag for me. And also, the doctor herself told me that she does not specialize on gum disease she is taking course online that is really red flag. I would never ever recommend anyone to this practice to me she is only there to make most money out of my insurance. This practice and dentist not to be trusted. I am advising everyone I know no to go there. I advise the doctor to give the employees proper training. I hope people will read my feedback and take my advise. Wesson Melles read more

When considering this dentist, I would never recommend this dentist. In another review, they stated that this dentist will study your insurance and perform procedures to ensure they get the most money out of you. This is absolutely correct! I had a once in a lifetime billable claim that was used when I simply just wanted a cleaning. I will make sure to never recommend this dentist to anyone. This dentist knew exactly what they were doing when they saw what type of insurance I had. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Dr. Julie Kardon called me to see how I was dealing with the pain I was having on noon on Christmas. She was up in Trenton but told me she could be in her office within an hour and told me to meet her over there. She puts her life on the back burner when people have pain. Everyone is always friendly here. Our insurance requires us to pay out of pocket, and they really helped us with re-submitting everything when we weren't getting reimbursed. Beth is the best hygienist I've ever had! I don't even have to take Advil when she's done with my cleaning! Dr. Kardon is great! I don't know many people that love going to he dentist, but since you have to go, this is the team you want. read more

PART1 The dental receptionist was nice , but she didn't work on my teeth. I went to this dental office because of my fear of going to the dentist. It was the worse dental experience in my life. For my initial check up the hygienist look inside my mouth and made some suggestions to the doctor that seemly would bring more money to the practice. The doctor disagreed and it appeared she had an attitude because the doctor didn't concur with her recommendations. The hygienist began pricking extra deep down into my gums with a metal instrument that cause a lot of pain which I tried to endure. Next, she started cleaning my teeth with so much force I told her I was concerned that my front tooth that was capped was going to be pulled off. It was so difficult that I was crying in the chair. My mouth was full of blood. It was like the "little shop of horrors" movie dentist scene. I had my teeth clean many times, but never like this with so much brutality. Afterwards, she gave an insensitive apology because I was crying and then I was told by the receptionist she have had complaints in the past. My purpose for going to this dentist was because they were supposed to cater to people who were afraid to go to the dentist. I do not recommend this office, and if I had read a comment like this I would had never gone. Run!!! read more

Dr. Kardon really cares about about me and my teeth. She took her time to explain what I needed and did a great job. I have this one molar that three other dentists could never get right because of the spot where I had a problem. Dr. Kardon saw what the real issue was, explained it to me in terms I could understand, and most importantly, fixed it right. And the bill was less than the other three charged me. read more

Everyone was very welcoming and accomodating. I was very nervous about going to the dentist after so long and everyone understood that and took the time to make sure i was comfortable.
