Truly, I lost count somewhere around the moment someone handed me yet another clipboard. I am someone who is terrified of the dentist, the kind of terrified where you white knuckle the armrests and mentally prepare for battle. Every visit used to feel like a challenge. Clear Choice changed everything for me. This place is top tier in a way I did not know existed!! Jess handled my consultation and she was fantastic. She explained financing clearly, answered every question, and somehow made the scary stuff feel manageable. The doctor was so pleasant and reassuring that I actually unclenched my jaw for the first time in years. Liz has been my rock throughout this entire process. She goes above and beyond, helps me navigate every appointment, and has this magical ability to make you feel welcome and safe the moment you walk in. She is the emotional support human every dental phobic person dreams of!!! Vicky did my smile design and she was patient, kind, and answered all my questions without rushing me. The surgical team was attentive and according to my partner they were incredibly accommodating, which says a lot because my partner notices everything. And I can't forget Vivian for always giving me the reminder call for my for my appointments. Clear Choice Mount Laurel is a friendly, happy place filled with people who genuinely care. I recommend them to everyone. I am forever grateful to them for giving me my smile back. And that first steak afterward tasted like VICTORY!

Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I've been to the Manahawkin offices before and have always had a positive experience, so I was surprised by how unprofessional my visit to the Cherry Hill office was. I arrived 5 minutes early for an 11:30 AM periodontal consultation. A staff member brought me back, never introduced herself, placed a bib on me, asked "Why are you here?" and "Are you a new patient?" while facing away from me, then left the room. And never came back. I sat alone in the exam room for 45 minutes with no update, no explanation, no apology, and no indication that anyone even remembered I was there. The only person I saw during that entire time was the receptionist. Delays happen. Patients understand that. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication and basic customer service. The staff member's dismissive demeanor, combined with the fact that I was effectively forgotten in an exam room, reflected a troubling lack of professionalism and respect for a patient's time. After 45 minutes, I walked out and left. A simple update, apology, or acknowledgment would have completely changed this experience. Unfortunately, none were provided. If patient communication and customer service matter to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

At our follow up appointment with our regular dentist, we discovered the endodontist worked on the wrong tooth! Yup, she performed a root canal on a perfectly healthy tooth! Neglected the other tooth and by the time we got her back in there to do the tooth that needed work it was too late to save it. Fast forward, here we are again referred to get a root canal retreat on a front tooth. After months of waiting for appointment for consult, they insisted dentist needed to remove cap in order to redo root canal. Back to dentist we go. Dentist insists there's no need, it would cost us out of pocket expenses ($700-) for new cap and that endo can do procedure through back of tooth without interruption to cap. Back to Endo, who proceeds to give attitude and give worry that it will crack and then she will have no tooth. We decide to proceed and take our chances. Surprise, they could do the procedure without ruining the cap! We waited over an hour to get called back. The hygienist/assistant was so nice and helped calm my daughter's angst. She said procedure should be 20-25 min. Endo comes in, daughter asked couple questions of what to expect, mentioning the assistants quote of 20-25 min timeline. He snapped and cockily said "no, if she thinks she can do it in that time then SHE can do the procedure herself". I had to bite my tongue, as I didn't want to give him reason to take it out on my daughter. More attitude. The guy is an arrogant jerk. Her dentist cannot do follow up to finish filling now until they send x-ray for them to submit to insurance co. It's been a week, and I have called numerous times... no answer. This place is a joke and unprofessional. If there are other options in your insurance network- go somewhere else.
