Just received a cleaning. But it was the least uncomfortable one I ever had. Office and medical staff extremely nice.

Vanaria, he saw us within the hour, his staff was incredibly friendly, courteous and certainly concerned about getting my son comfortable.

He really cares about his patients and he does everything he can to help you. I have always had a very pleasant visit at Corsi Dental and I know that I am always getting the very best care and I am so grateful to Dr. Abrams and his staff.I highly recommend Corsi Dental Associates.

Two months ago, my wife made an appointment for herself at Corsi, after we newly moved into the…read morearea. At the time of scheduling, she had them verify that they took our insurance, Philadelphia Federation of Teachers through United Concordia. They said yes. She then asked them if they accepted children....yup, starting at 3 years old. "Same insurance?" Yup. So far, so good. About a week later, my wife found a different dentist that had something sooner, so she booked with them and called Corsi to see if *I* could take her appointment slot. (Again, we are new to the area, so we both need new dentists.) "Same insurance?" Again, "yup." Again, no problem. Fast forward to TODAY (6/22), when I get, AS MY FIRST COMMUNICATION FROM CORSI EVER, a text message asking me to confirm my appointment next week. I reply and confirm at 9am. At 12:08 pm, and I get a voicemail that I have been removed from their calendar, because they do not accept my insurance; an insurance that they THREE TIMES said they accepted, and that was verified with our provider. They also said to me, and I quote, "...we've been trying to call you, and you do not respond to any of our phone calls." Again, I had NEVER received a call from them, and the only thing I DID receive from them, a text to confirm, I responded to immediately, 3 hours before this phone call. I call the office, and get a woman that wasn't rude, but certainly wasn't pleasant, and she explains that whomever told us that they took our insurance was wrong, and to come in would be $99. Fair enough, but the accusation that I was deliberately ignoring their phone calls, and the fact that you dropped me a week away from my appointment, after telling me TWO MONTHS AGO that you took my insurance, just left a bad taste in my mouth. A mouth that will now have to wait another 2 months to find another dentist. We've heard rumors that dental offices are not keen on accepting clients with our, admittedly not great, dental insurance, and this interaction smacks of someone with better insurance asking for an appointment, and me and my less desirable insurance getting the bump. While it's certainly possible to incorrectly think you take a certain insurance, it's a lot harder to understand when that information is checked, and passes muster, THRICE. Also, saying "we've been trying to reach you," is fine, saying "you don't return our calls" is not. I have NEVER received a CALL from Corsi, let alone a voicemail asking me to call back. I even thought that maybe they were calling my WIFE, since she was the original appointment, but she said she has no calls or voicemails either.

After reading over 250 -5 stars reviews about this dentist I decided to see him to fix my cheeped…read morefront tooth and other works I needed. He proposed to have all the root canals removed due to toxicity and I agreed but not convinced ( happy I did not agree at that point), thou I decided to have one removed convinced that it can not be saved. Long story short all the work he had done was extremely painful afterwords and I ended up with pain for more then 4 months after extensive drilling for very small cavities on my molars. After one year and half my teeth are very sensitive and it's possible to loose on of them that it had been done by him. I wonder were the 5 stars reviews were coming from and if I've been the only unlucky one?

His suggestion was to remove all my silver fillings I told him that I didn't want to do that, but I wanted him to fix the two front upper premolars that had the crack fillings, but instead of him fixing my first two premolars with the crack fillings as agreed on previous appointment, he decided to work on my last two molars that did not need any work, he did very intense work on teeth that did not need any work at all as a result I ended in the emergency room with an infection and excruciating pain, he brought my teeth down to nothing and after more than a year with pain, needed a root canal and a crown. (Went to see two Dentist, they both agreed that my molars were in good conditions and the x-rays show that molars were good.) My tongue is half way numbed and itches and burn all the time. This individual in drilling for cash, damaging good teeth, to perform root canals and crowns. This individual is putting the life of patience in danger, he is incompetent, unethical, evil and greedy.. I hope and pray this individual stop practicing dentistry.. what he is doing is a crime he belongs in jail. This individual needs to be brought to justice. .
