No clue what the previous review is about. I had this dentist for years, went through 3 insurance companies which required their own networks, and got back to this dentist last fall. I mentioed a sore tooth to my previous dentist at a Deptford NJ family clinic and he just said he could do a root canal. (Also, when I said that I didn't want xrays every year, they said ok and cancelled my cleaning appointment!). When I finally came back to Dr. Wooley, she found the clinic's actions hard to believe, did a quick bite test, small grind on the tooth and the pain disappeared, at no extra charge.
Once, in previous years, they even refunded my payment when they found that I had no insurance at the time.
They also seem to know the details of insurance plans, which is surprising since mine won't interact with a dentist but only reimburse me directly - the insurance doesn't affect them at all. Uh, I'd say that they go beyond just being professional. read more
