She made me feel very at ease. And the best part is that every chair has its own TV right in front of it. Perfect for people who would rather take their minds off of what is going on in their mouths. The open floor plan seems a little weird at first (the dental chairs are separated by furniture) but it soon became comfortable. The dentist went over my x-rays with me and he didn't even annoy me with the "your brushing your teeth too hard" lecture. Yup, I've heard that before and I appreciate the love! All in all, this was a very positive experience for me. Clean office, friendly staff, and on-time scheduling. I made my 6 month appointment before I left and you can bet your hiney that I am going to keep it!

I was warmly welcomed by "Jo-Jo", who is super sweet and bubbly. (I even liked her look). Paige, the dental hygienist, and I spent so much time together with me as a new patient that I thought she may be my new best friend, lol! She did a thorough job (without hurting me AT ALL) and was very nice and personable to boot. Although I received some bad news, it was delivered in the best way by Dr. Balling. He was great too - very down to earth and kind. [It's great to go to a private dentist again versus a "chop shop." When I get to the doctors office, I'm told the appointments at 1:45 PM I told them that was unacceptable as I was told a different time. Long story short I still sit there waiting for the doctor now at 1:15 PM, they call me choose the back, put me in a room, do the basics check my blood pressure checked my sugar. This is at 1:15 this afternoon. So I sat there until 2 o'clock, and still was not seen by the doctor. To me this is a little bit absurd that you have to waste valuable Time. To me this organization needs a whole total revamp. I don't know why they think people have hours just to sit in the doctors office, to see a doctor for five minutes. Deeply Disappointed with Lack of Care and Service…read more I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with the treatment--or lack thereof--I received during a recent emergency dental visit. I arrived at Lakeview Dental Care of Gibbsboro office in severe pain on Saturday, expecting some form of urgent care or, at the very least, a precise treatment plan. Instead, I left with no relief, no next steps, and no sense of care or concern. I had to ask for my treatment, such as prescribing meds. The level of customer service was astonishingly poor, and the overall experience left me feeling frustrated and dismissed. This was misleading and unacceptable for an office that advertises emergency dental care. To those in the Cherry Hill, Gibbsboro, or Voorhees area, I strongly urge you to seek dental care elsewhere.
