Scheduled an Appointment they did X-rays and Check Up, Never communicated what was found on the X-rays. Went back for a Cleaning. Main Reason was to have a Crown fixed that I had already gave my Prior Dentist $600 for that Crown that Cracked after a couple weeks of having that work done. Gave Marlton Family Dentistry $510 to have the Cracked Crown Fixed/Replaced. Day of my Crown Replacement the Dental Hygienist took my Blood Pressure she said it was High, so that Appt had to be rescheduled. I rescheduled that Appt and I was Sick that week so I had to cancel. I get an Automated Text Message for an Appt I don't recall making. Anyways show up for the Appt and here it's a Cleaning?? But still have a Cracked Crown in my Mouth going on over a Year. Told them I Don't want a Cleaning, I want my Issue Fixed. I Paid $510 and still haven't had it Fixed as of Today 5/26/26. Told Kelly just Refund the $510 and I will go somewhere else. She told me she has to talk to Dr Blake?? Spoke to Kelly today she is gonna Refund me, But minus $75 cause I didn't want the Cleaning Done!! Fine keep the $75 and Enjoy me Blasting this Dental Practice on Socials.... I advise anyone who's Looking for a Dentist this Place ain't it... Dr doesn't Communicate with his Patients as to what the X-rays revealed etc!! Poor Communication!! Been to that Office at least 4 times and Still haven't had my Issue Fixed. I'm disappointed with this situation overall, paying out of pocket for a tooth twice in general would piss anyone off, and the BS of Paying for a Service and Service was never Done!! Refund of $510 was getting Done today as per Kelly? She said she would Email me the Receipt. I spoke with Delta Dental everything is on Record with them. Don't waste your Time or Money with this Office find elsewhere!! Only thing that was Good About the Office it was 5 mins away from my Home, other than that you are Better Off Driving an Hour away for better Service and Communication!! Place Sucks Ass

I'd put it right up there with someone scratching their nails down a chalkboard (insert *chills*). Well, fear no more and enter The Dental Associates at Pitman. I love everything about this place! The front office staff is warm, friendly and always greets me with a smile. The dental hygienists and dentists are wonderful! Doesn't really matter who you get because they're all caring, experienced professionals with impressive credentials to boot, but I've got to shout out to my hygienist Cathy. She is personable, thorough and very gentle to the touch. I've also had the pleasure of meeting and consulting with two of four dentists on staff, Dr. Choi and Dr. MacFeeters. Both further exemplify the many qualities I look for in an exceptional dentist and dental office. The facility itself it also quite nice. It's clean with adequate waiting space, their equipment is state-of-the-art and they use cutting edge techniques to ensure you're getting the best care and treatment possible. I moved to the area about 6 yrs ago and chose them because they were local. The 1st few visits were…read morefriendly, normal, went okay but after a few years a see lot has changed. The service has degraded, on all levels. You make an appointment, give your ins info, confirm the appt...all set. Then you get a reminder 5 days before the appointment, then about 3 days before, each time I respond yes, confirmed, complete all the pre appointment intake forms, etc...should be all set, right? NOPE. 2 days before the appt., another text to confirm, then the day before they send a text threatening to cancel my appt if i don't confirm by 6pm today. Really? I still kept my appt., went in on time in the afternoon, 1pm est and waited for about 30-40 min for the dentist. I wonder...can I charge him a late fee? Ha... Meanwhile, while in the waiting room...I can clearly hear the employees at the front desk area talking about people once they hang up the phone, it was bad. It was so uncomfortable because I am sure they talk negative about me as well since I am a patient...I mean, why wouldnt they, right? Now to the visit.. He walks in, I'm chatting friendly and he turns around with a needle in his hand coming for me mouth. I swear I instantly had a flash of Steve Martin and Bill Murray in the Little Shop of Horrors movie 'Dentist'! I asked for a numbing gel since I have Very sensitive teeth and am being seen by a Periodontist still but I have to also continue to be seen by a general dentist. When I asked, the expression on his face was not understanding at all, he looked pretty annoyed that I asked. Moving on to perform 3 fill-ins...Never asked me how I'm doing during the work but conversed with the assistant about personal stuff, like where they like to eat...who di what to who at the party...the entire time. I felt un important to him, and almost like he was annoyed to be servicing me. Now, about 3 weeks post fill-ins, I am in pain on 1 side he worked on but I will not make the mistake of going back to him to fix it...what did Bush say? Fool me once shame on you, fool me 2x shame on... hahaha I'm done now, will be switching my entire family to another general dentist. This practice must not want or need our business. I am not the type of person to settle when it comes to medical...anything.

I saw 2 very talented doctors at the specialty I visited however, they had very different views and recommendations for me. I felt like I was being pulled into two completely different directions. I came to Lindenwold Dental Center for a second opinion after they were recommended to me. The staff was professional and extremely helpful and Dr. Said was able to put me at ease after discussion. I will be definitely coming to this practice for all my future visits.
