In April I brought my car in to have the front bumper replaced. Everything was great and I was very happy with the work. In October I came back for the bumper to be adjusted. I was hit in a parking lot. They put a bracket on and I was very happy. I came back in November because the bumper was loose. My car was looked at and I was told they couldn't do much because whoever put the bumper on did not do it right. But Bradford put it on. No offer to make it right. I was told to bring it back if it got worse. It now looks worse than when I brought it in to be replace. I am very dissatisfied that I was not offered a solution. This place burned me. They charged me over twice the agreed upon estimate. They charged me double, without my approval or permission. The extra work was unnecessary. Total bait and switch. Working with Bradford Auto Body is hell on earth. Their roof collapsed and they refuse to give me my car until they can work on it. I am paying a lot of money for a rental car. They are not paying for my rental car either. I have no idea when I am going to get my car back. I have contacted my insurance agency to report them. I have contacted the police. Next I will contact a lawyer if something does not happen quickly. I chose them because they are near my home. This is the biggest mistake of my life. Please do not use this business. read more

Unbelievable! Scheduled the repair of our car that was rear ended a month ago for repair in October. Today we get a call that basically they have too much work and not interested in replacing the door and seeking the retail parts necessary. What?!? Why did you wait so long when we provided all the stock numbers and where to purchase? Now the person who caused the damage insurance has expired. Why did it take you four weeks to decide it wasn't worth your time? Would NEVER recommend this place. Which is a shame because initial interaction was so good. 5 stars all the way! Someone had smashed into the back of my car and I needed someone to repair it, took it here and when I got it back, it looked BETTER than when I bought it!! They did a complete detail too, I was VERY impressed with the outcome. My paint also had some peeling and they fixed that too. I highly recommend this place. I haven't had a fender bender in probably 20 years. The insurance company didn't make my experience any better. And the first collision shop they had selected for me didn't make me feel good about the experience either. I asked for a different shop and Bradford was selected since it is just down the street from me. They called me within minutes of the order being placed by the insurance company. I got right in and had the estimate done. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Taylor made sure I understood the process (again, hadn't done this for a couple of decades!) I had an appt for the repair within days. Took 2 days to do the repair. Car looks better than I left it with them! Cleaned the car. Made sure the bill wasn't huge. And gave me a little thank you for doing business with them. If they did the simple stuff like oil changes, I'd be giving them all my business! read more

This was the 4th repair job I've used Bradford for and this time I was so disappointed that we will never go back. The hail damage repairs took 34 days to complete. When I did finally get my car back there were big scuff marks on the top of my head lights (which they denied causing), my parks pass sticker was not retained from windshield replacement as I had requested twice, and some genius put my ice scraper on my rear seats and then proceeded to fold them down. Now I have nice crimp marks in my leather from that stupid move. I called and talked to the owner, who was very rude to me. These folks are great! Several years ago, I met Mrs. Bradford (the founder's widow) while we were both walking our dogs. While we chatted, she mentioned her affiliation. I've taken cars there three times. Two for pretty minor/cosmetic things that were both completed on time at reasonable cost. The third was a massive insurance hail claim. Once again, they did a great job on time. What more could one want. The office is friendly and Mr. Bradford (the founder's son) is attentive. My family has taken 3 cars in recently. One was rear ended, which came back fine with no issues after being fixed. 2 of which had hail damage. One was given back to us with a non-functional side view mirror (couldn't adjust the mirror, and worked just fine before) and one was given back with non-functional windshield wiper fluid sprayers (again, worked just fine before I took it in). Edit- just took the car through the car wash, and there was a stream inside my car. Yet again, was just fine and had taken it through the same car wash many times before. Probably because they broke my windshield trying to put my car back together? Don't waste your time, money and effort; go somewhere else. read more

I would not recommend this body shop! The manager, Mickey, was rude and condescending to me. He treated me in a disrespectful manner. He yelled at me and acted as if I was inconveniencing him. He gave me false information on when my vehicle would be ready. Communication was very poor. They did not give me updates on completion of the work and I was the one who had to repeatedly call them. I was beyond disappointed and my Infiniti was not repaired to my satisfaction and I ended up going elsewhere to have vehicle repaired correctly!! This place is a joke! read more

When I dinged up my car, the insurance adjuster recommended Bradford. Not knowing any better, I took my car there. They were a dream. They gave an honest quote, did very good quality work, and got my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. They even swapped out my disintegrating wiper blades with the new ones I left in the car but never got around to installing myself. I was raving about the great service I got, and a friend said "that sounds like the most pleasant insurance repair I've ever heard of." read more

I finally got around to taking my vehicle in to get it fixed after an accident. I was going to go with a body shop that I have used before but it was not on the insurance's pre-approved list and I needed the work done ASAP. I looked up places close to me and found this one. I did my research and it seemed good. I contacted them, we got the parts ordered and a couple days later the parts were in. I took it in to get fixed. I was quoted 2 days but it took 3 due to damage that was internal. i was frustrated but understood the situation. The staff was very friendly. They made sure I knew they were appreciated for bringing them business. They even washed my vehicle, gave me a free ice/snow brush and also a $20 gift certificate that is valid at a few different local restaurants. I am very pleased and would return to them if I needed to but hopefully that is not the case! read more

Let me preface with the fact that I do the vast majority of the work on my truck, but frame and body work are slightly beyond my skill set, not to mention my tool collection... I unfortunately had an accident during the 11/29/15 snowstorm (the night the Broncos beat the Patriots, which obviously was the only good thing that happened to me that night). Luckily, everyone involved was okay. But seeing as the front of my truck looked like Mickey Rourke's face in Sin City, I needed a good body shop to getting it back to looking more like Michael Madsen in Reservoir Dogs. Bradford has at one time or another worked on my dad's truck, mom's car, sister's cars twice (she's not a great driver), and brother-in-law's car, it seemed like the place to take my truck. The staff is friendly enough, but extremely competent and professional. Plus, all the free Jolly Ranchers you can eat! Repairs took longer than expected, but due to an insurance company issue, not any fault of Bradford. That being said, the quality of the work done is exceptional. Hopefully, I will never need any body work done again (at least that I can't handle myself), but, Flying Spaghetti Monster forbid, Bradford will continue to have my business. read more

I brought my car into Bradford Auto Body for some simple body work on the exterior of the car. When I came to pick it up, I noticed that everything electrical was turned off, the radio, rear video mirror, clock, etc. They hadn't said a word to me about this. When I tried to turn it on, nothing electrical was working. I brought it back and one of the service men admitted that they had let the battery run down while working on the car while leaving the car door open for too long. The owner refused to take any responsibility for the electrical system not working. I brought my car to the dealership, and it turned out that two components were damaged, and the repair cost about $1,000.00. The dealer said it was possible that the damage was caused by Bradford Auto Body's negligence but they didn't have a way to prove it. We were terribly disappointed that Bradford Auto Body took no responsibility for this damage. The electrical system was working fine when I brought the car to them, and not working at all when I picked it up. It was clearly something they did. We will never use them again, and would like to warn the public about their lack of honesty. read more
