New owners said they would honor packages, but with their restrictions. Luckily they were able to keep some of the staff but probably not for long. The owner, John, was just plain nasty to me and to his employee in front of me. He needs to learn how to treat people! I would rather drive a little further than give them my business again.

They said that this harassment was actually part of the person's job and that they saw nothing wrong with it once again I was asked over and over and when I said no, she continued trying to bully me into it. Myself and another lady there were very alarmed that she seem to be trying to fraudulently force customers into extras and lie about what the system says they came in for so that she could get commission off of that . But again her leader said that that is what's part of the program ! I don't doubt this at all all. I don't see how this is her fault when her leaders are telling her to lie and manipulate .... I could just imagine the amount of pressure she's under. She doesn't own the business so the reason she is forceful is because they are forcing her. It looks like Wells Fargo only in tanning world. I got the one month package ( a bit pricey) than what I'm used to but the place was very clean and inside the tanning room it self was also very clean and had cute little products you can use before and after tanning. The tanning products are very reasonable with their prices. So if you ever in the Goshen area definitely check them out. I'm excited to see my results as I'm someone who don't get much outside time to go to a pool or beach do to work so this will definitely help. They are closed on Sundays but they are open Mon-Sat and their hours are pretty good. They have the stand up tanning ( which I don't like) but they also have the bed you can lay down in and just relax lol. So check them out if you in the area

Walking in the location is really spacious and organized which was nice to see. The front desk employee (who is also responsible for cleaning beds / rooms and answering the phone) was a 10/10 when it came to being cool as a cucumber and still keeping customer service top of mind because when I tell you she had to juggle customers walking in, customers calling on the phone and cleaning up, she did all of the above seamlessly and so professionally. The rooms themselves were clean and neat and had hooks for your clothes and a stool / chair which was convenient. I definitely recommend them if you want quality and great service.
