The employee asked if my car took synthetic oil and I had no clue. We popped the hood on my car and he checked. He advised synthetic oil and it would take 10-15 minutes. I waited in the waiting area which was dirty and had wrappers on the floor. I looked up and saw the price of the oil change. $74.99! YIKES! The most expensive oil change in my lifetime. I had to suck it up since they had begun. They had cheaper oil changes available but not for synthetic oil. I attempted to pay with my GSA government credit card since it was a government vehicle and the employee didn't accept it. That was a first for me. Needless to say, I won't be going back here again based upon price and the fact they didn't accept my credit card. I had to put it on my personal credit card and seek reimbursement from Uncle Sam. The car was ready when promised and the oil change was done.

He even ran around the day prior to me meeting him to make sure the cars title was up to date. I had to drive about an hour away to get to him, but it was absolutely worth it. Nick left the car on the lift specifically so I could take a look under the car and he gladly popped the hood. He was very courteous and understanding. He disclosed anything and everything - I didn't have to question his honesty at all. He is very upfront. He allowed for me to take a test drive around the area and during the test drive he explained all of the details of the car - he also disclosed all of the improvements he had done to the car in the last month to get it ready to be sold. He provided a list as well and documentation as proof. I accepted the offer and Nick was patient enough to wait for me to go and grab a check from the bank. When I came back we had a brief talk about how to transfer the car, get a new registration and plates. This was the smoothest experience I have ever had when it comes to buying a car. Nick makes it simple, and easy. He did this all on his day off - I am so thankful to him. Nick just got a customer. Anytime I have an issue with my car, I will be going to Nick.

Suggested replacing them at a convenient time during the next few months, as brake pads were fine. Compared to the relentless upselling I've experienced at Jaguar dealer repair shops, Dan's honesty was a breath of fresh air. Visited Valvoline on a Saturday afternoon, very last minute decision. All other oil change spots in…read morethe area didn't have any available appointments so I decided on checking out Valvoline since you can arrive for a 15-20 minute oil change with no appointment needed. There were two lanes; the lane I was in had about 4-5 cars ahead of me and it took around 1 hour and a half. There's a Dunkin in the same parking lot if you're looking to grab something quick while waiting. Once it's your turn, they will tell you to pull in and leave the car on while they check the mileage, tires, etc. The oil change literally took 20 minutes tops! FYI - This is a "stay in your car" type of oil change. You sit in your car with it turned off while they check certain things such as your air filter, tires, etc. Since it was my first time, the employee explained everything to me. I have a Honda HRV Sport and receives full synthetic oil, it was priced at $99. There was a $10 coupon online (always check for coupons) which brought my total down to $89. They also changed my air filter which in total, came out to $125. Once the oil change was complete, I was good to go. Would definitely visit again during an off day! I was spending over an hour waiting at other oil change spots when I could take 20 minutes depending on the line!

Over the cause of several months in 2025, i spent significant time & money having my steering system completely overhauled where yet the original problem was never fixed. April 14th, 2025: Had a new power steering pump installed. August 25th, 2025: Had extensive work don, including the installation of a steering wheel rack & pinion, rack assembly, steering rack control valve, power steering hose, 2 tie rods, & a full alignment (AFE) @ where steeve monty directed me to go. Because they don't have the machine to do alignment. Despite all of these components beign replaced, my vehicle continued to experience persistent on & off stiffness in the steering. i brought this to the attention of Steeve Monty, who acknowledged the issues & instructed me to bring my vehicle back for correction. i drove my vehicle back for corrective service on 5 separate occasions:-september 8th, 2025. September 29th, 2025. October 6th, 2025. November 5th, 2025. And December 1st, 2025. i kept telling steeve that my steering wheel stiffness was still happening. To this day, the problem remains entirely unresolved. This shop proved completely incapable of diagnosing or fixing their own installation errors. Very very unhappy with all the running around, & the poor job that they did on my vehicle. in conclusion, i don't blame steeve but the inexperienced mechanic that did the work. i love steeve, knowing him, & dealing with him. i have never met a good man like him. Very honest, happy, & friendly. i have known & dealing with him since when he was in south orange. He took very good care of me & my e320 & my ml 500. Never ever had any problems with him. i asked him couple of times that what was the problem by saying hello to some of your mechanics, & they wont open their mouth to respond?
