The gasket in my oil pan drain plug must have been worn out, because it was dripping oil for a few days after I left. I went back, and the manager couldn't stop apologizing. He redid the entire oil service, not only furnishing a new drain plug, but even a new oil filter which had been replaced just days earlier. He got me in and out very quickly, and couldn't have been more apologetic or nicer. I will continue to be a customer at this Jiffy Lube and recommend.
