HOME INSPECTION What a wonderful experience. Coy was attentive and laser focused on every detail of the inspection, and was always availble for my questions or concerns. He knows every aspect of the various trades and how the final work should look, and whether their work met code. When he saw work that wasn't done perfectly, he let us know, and we brought it to the attention of the seller. Thanks BPI for such a wonderful experience.. Brad Buyse-Stauss read more

She related what was in store for went over the different inspections that they offered and explained the whole process and who would be performing the inspection. Coy was our inspector and he was awesome. He first asked if we had any concerns about the house which we pointed out, and then said he would go over everything when he was done. True to his word he did, we discussed his findings briefly and went over our concerns. They are the worst. They didn't inspect anything. Saying things like, ask owner, and people in residence so could not access. Within two days of move-in water heater needed total replacement. $6000. HVAC needed $500 repair. Heat not working at all in parts of house. Three weeks later, pool heater needed to be replaced. Not only did we spend over $1000 in inspection, We also lost bargaining power with seller. They are the WORST!! read more

Very happy with the service received through BPI. We were coming up on the 1 year builder's warranty with our new construction property and were looking for an experienced, knowledgable, third party company to assess our property. Coy and BPI were outstanding. They took the time to answer all our questions prior to contracting with them, gave an incredibly comprehensive report of all the problem areas that needed to be addressed, along with photographs so that we could easily speak with the builder about the repair needs going forward. Also, the report was digitally delivered in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend BPI to anyone looking to assess the current state of their property and it's need for low-high priority repairs. read more

Coy was professional, super friendly, extremely thorough and very knowledgeable about property inspections. He and his associate, Max, were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time for the inspection and performed a very thorough, but efficient, inspection of the property. Once the inspection was completed, Coy sat down with us and explained all his findings in a very detailed fashion dividing his findings into three categories, being maintenance type items, recommendation type issues, and safety items. During this discussion, Coy answered all our questions and possible actions we could take to remedy the items uncovered. Coy provided us with his written inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection as he promised. I was overwhelmed to say the least as the inspection report (69 pages) was the most extensive and thorough inspection report I have ever reviewed. I have used a number of different inspectors in the past but have never seen the quality and thoroughness of an inspection like that performed by Coy. In addition to his report, he provided a complete list of licensed trade contractors. I can't recommend Coy and BPI Inspections enough and you should definitely consider using them for your next inspection. read more
