Which is brand new. So I got down, looked at it and touched it. It's part of the under carriage of the car or something. It is actually just ruined and I am not even sure what to do. How do I even get something like that fixed? I already went on their website and it says that they are not responsible for the damage, which sucks. But also, who do you even take a problem like that to in order to get it fixed? I do not recommend this car wash, I drive a small SUV and this is just not ok. If it happened ot my common little car it has happened to a lot of other people. I can only guess the guy who was "directing" me onto the pulley rod or whatever it is, didn't do so hot. You're usually in and out very quickly as there's always someone there. As far as quality goes, it's top notch quality, the graphene that is used seems to last a good while! The only downside I would say that could definitely be improved, is the amount of water spots left on your car sometimes such as the mirrors and windshield.

What I…read moregot was, at best, a half-hearted wipe-down and vacuum -- not the full interior detail and seat shampoo I paid for. There was still visible hair, dust, and debris on the seats afterward, which made no sense given they claimed the seats were vacuumed and shampooed. When I asked directly if the seats had been shampooed, I was told yes -- but they looked identical to how they came in. Honestly, I feel scammed. It was bizarre that after paying over $200, I had to go to another car wash afterward and thoroughly vacuum the seats and other areas myself just to finish the job they were supposed to have already done. I understand there's a no-refund policy once a service is "completed," but I don't believe this service was actually completed to any reasonable standard. The photos speak for themselves.
