I wouldn't have bought the car without his help. And he let us sign the papers in the waiting room, even printed out some copies of paperwork from the out of state dealer to help us. All this to say, in my experience they are honest, well priced and very helpful. If you need a trustworthy, go to auto shop, this is it. But my oil was milky and they didn't say anything, which means there was coolant in the system. And I tell them my coolant is still leaking so they finally get the head gasket fixed a second time I had to take it in. Well coolant was still leaking after that, so I fixed it all myself since they couldn't fix it the first couple times. First was a coolant hose had a crack in it, second that brand new water pump they installed the bolts wasn't tight at all and that's where the coolant was leaking through and there was missing bolts, also the water pump gasket looked non existent. So first repair paid $800 for nothing...And when they said they replaced the water pump, they didn't because I had to buy a whole new one. So they didn't do any of their inspections on if it wasn't leaking coolant. And I even asked them and they said yes which they didn't. So the only good thing they did was the head gasket that was about it...$700 wasted.
