The pumps were in good working order, and fairly responsive (who wants a slow gas pump when it's cold outside!?). The pump accepted my BP gift card without issue and printed a receipt with the balance at the end of the transaction. I didn't notice any trash or any of those things that give gas stations a bad rap. Should I find myself in the area again, I'd stop here and fill up without hesitation.

New manager always has her back turned from customers and she always has an excuse as to why certain things aren't available in the store any more . Last week someone completely messed up in lotto still forced me to pay for it . Will no longer get money from me

During my transaction I purchased an instant lottery ticket, well, I lost. At least a thought I did. This lady has black hair, she is older and definitely should not be a cashier. Most cashiers ask for your rewards card. She just rang up the bag of ice i set on the counter. I thought that was rude. Her facial expressions where not for someone who deals with the public. I have an amputated thumb less than 2 weeks ago. When she was rude to me I asked her if she could put the 7lb ice in a bag for me. She says yes I guess I can? Then she drops the bag on the counter. I asked her mam you did not need to drop it. She says it is heavy. I show her my thumb which is an open wound. She says to me don't give me an attitude? I said give you an attitude? Mam keep the change I will never stop back. This is the second employee that treated me like dirt. The last one was a 3rd shift employee. I rarely stop at this location. This store is quick bring them in and push them out. I so miss Speedway that used to be on Sunset Dr and Hwy 164 / 59. Stay away from this store if you are a senior. Because it don't matter, get them in get them and get the out is what this location does. Very poor management for the weekend crew or second or third shift. I told he keep the change you must need it. I hope she does not have a dog. If she does, I do know what the poor dog goes through. This lady I never seen there before. Yet this lady to me and my opinion is a very dangerous person. She may of had a bad night. Yet this is the type of person who could bring a gun to work and shoot every body there. Beware of her.

Neighborhood gas and service station, but I will not buy my gas here ever again…read more I've been putting gas in my car using pick n save loyalty points, for many years. I ran the pump which had signed in and confirmed my loyalty discount at .10 a gallon for regular gas. I only use regular in my car. I filled up over 16 gallons and looked at the price of $71.44 !!! Shocked I discussed with Wally at counter, he said nothing he can do. You must've hit the wrong buttons. Come back tomorrow and talk to the owner. So I did. He said maybe the hose hit the premium button when you dragged it to the car? That happens sometimes. I said no... the pump confirmed my loyalty discount at $3.39 a gallon and THEN I filled up. He said well there's nothing I can do... you got premium gas and we can't take it out of the tank. Wish I could do more! I said I am not the guy that wants to screw you out of 17.00 in gas money, you have a glitch on pump 5. I won't be coming back to this station because you don't seem to mind screwing me for that $17.00 gas money. Anyone else have this happen to them at this station? I mean, a small gesture of acknowledgement that I was telling the truth could have changed the outcome here. But my weekly fills at that station have come to a final and screeching halt. Buyer beware.
