He said it didn't go thru. You took your card out too fast. I paid again then looked at the new receipt and told him I wasn't on pump 5. He said oh well who was on pump 5. Then he proceeded to return the additional $24.50 and apologize. It had to be a glitch in the system. I don't feel that was good enough for the embarrassment the clerk caused me. How would he have treated other customers? I am requesting that management take a better look into this situation.

I told her it's already filled out for one line and she started arguing with me that I needed to let her know cause that's how it's done and she wouldn't give me my tickets unless I did it the right way!! Also never issues with the pumps, they're always in working condition. Only recently have I popped into the conicent store itself. It's fully stocked with all the classic gas station things - drinks, snacks and essentials. Desperate for a drink, I grabbed a Body Armor. Staff wasn't necessarily friendly but also in no way rude or impolite. Overall, this gas station is maintained well and I'll continue to return.

I knew the motor was good so I called around some other places to price check and when I spoke with them again, they said your motor is fine, you only need a regulator and it'll be $350. Assuming because I didn't bite at the $546 for parts and labor I didn't need, they'd settle for the $350, I asked how the cost broke down and he said $120 for the part, $180 for the labor....but that doesn't add up to $350, I was told the other $50 was for diagnostics. That's fine, but when price checking I found a part for $35 and labor elsewhere for $100, so I said I'd take it somewhere else and was told it was going to be $89.95 to get my car back for diagnostic fee (a minute after telling me it was $50), I checked out and they charged $99 after tax and fees, left my door panel and window in the back seat, very unprofessional. They must prey on the lake drive millionaires here to stay in business, people who don't really care how much things cost or double check things are above board. As a Shorewood resident, I came here to support a small, local business, but when local tries to take advantage of you, I'll head to Midas or Goodyear next time.

The underside of their overhang is disgusting. I mean really filthy. Cant they hire a power washer for an hour and clean it? They're always taping hand written notes to the tanks. But they never clean off the tape or wash the tanks. Just get a bottle of Goo Gone and get that stuff off. The aisles in the tiny shop are tighter than tight. Every square inch is covered with junk.
