Although I only hired him to do one of the three rooms, his company did such an excellent job that I will hire him to do the other work when I am ready. The house had insulation blown in 14 years ago, and there are indentations in all of the walls where this was done. Unlike a previous painter I hired to refresh other rooms, Bryan's painters sanded/filled in-not an expert so I don't know the right term, but the indentations are no longer visible. The room he painted had been charcoal and white for 50+ years and was very dark. Now, it is very bright and refreshing. His workers were professional and efficient and finished the job within the time frame they'd estimated. I highly recommend Bryan for your paint projects.

We finish strong, with great communication, clear expectations, and a team that takes full ownership from start to finish. Our mindset is always to grow, improve, and raise the bar, both on the job and behind the scenes. That approach leads to what really matters: excellent service for the homeowner. It shows up in how we answer the phone, how we walk a property, how we handle problems, and how we follow through. We install and repair roofing, siding, gutters, and windows. No job is too big or too small. If it needs to be done right, we’re the crew to call.

Also any contractor can have a bad day so they may quote 4 days but always understand weather, product availability can cause delays as well as things like drywall mud setting and paint drying or even tile set up like grouting it all takes time to set the proper way and they have done amazing allowing stuff to set up then coming back the next day to continue working or finish up and they don't rush stuff just to get in and get out and they don't do sloppy work they take their time to get it done properly and correctly but they work in a quick good moving pace especially as a team an they don't short cut stuff either they are the ones I will call every time I need work done!!!! I have had so much help without any issues or problems and the work has turned out beautiful every time even when I asked them to do a quick fix that someone else messed up and they did it without any hesitation they fixed it and made it look good again for a very decent price!!!! They sent a drone to do the high-level roof inspection, then went up to look at the area they suspected was the problem before giving me the estimate. Newman Roofing has less of a Yelp presence than on other sites. My kid had a leaky roof and was…read morewading through all the options. You've seen the circulars and the signs in yards. But is the company reputable? And do you really want to go with a relatively new company even if is owned by your buddy. He decided, no. Newman is competitive with hundreds of 5 star reviews. He went with Newman. Subsequently we had a hail storm and neighbors were advising us to get our roof checked out. Our roof was 20 years old. I wanted to be honest with the insurance company and not submit a claim unless Tyler from Newman, who came out to give us an estimate, was sure we needed a new roof and we suffered damage beyond normal wear and tear. Plus we had 2 houses. Well one needed a new roof and the other one likely has another couple of years left. As an aside, if you turn in a claim to your insurance company, even if it is denied, you risk higher premiums or cancelation. That is why it is important to have Newman Roofing spend time assessing. In our case, our roof was more wear and tear with minimal hail. Dan and his guys were on time, even early. Weather has consistently been in the mid 90's. I was worried. But Newman keeps them well supplied with hydration. 14 man crew meant lots of vehicles, even a dump truck but they were minimally disruptive to our neighbors. Furniture moved, netting put up to minimize construction mess on house and garden areas. And then they went to work. All I can say is WOW. I am so pleased. When they were finished, the cleaned up all the mess, including using a magnetized thing for nails in driveway, patio and grass. The yard, the patio, the driveway, the porches are SPOTLESS. I highly highly highly recommend Newman Roofing. They did my kid's. They did this roof and in 2 years they will do our other roof. Price is good too.
