Brought my car in for a 65,000 mile service. I was told everything was ok, and left. 4000 miles later, I was charge by the Toyota dealer in Chicago $260 to replace and install the new tire locks. Rhinelander Toyota had "totally barbequed" them (this is what I was told by the Chicago dealership). In addition, I would have been UNABLE to replace the tire if it got flat, and I could have been stranded far away in northern Wisconsin. Rhinelander Toyota refused to take responsibility (I wanted to be reimbursed $260) initally, then offered $60. I simply want my $260 but they are being rude and disrespectful. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. This is why people think corporations are stacked against them. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The man inflated the tire, found a screw causing the problem and said I could follow him to the shop with the tire now inflated. He had me on the road 30 minutes later! I happened to be in town and the owner of this place actually got back to me around Christmas, even though it was short notice. Most other places were closed/didn't respond. He let me leave my car in the parking lot for the rest of that weekend, got back to it at the start of the week, it was a relatively simple job so it was done that day.
