I go back out and THE SMALLEST PIECE OF PAPER taped to the pump tells you you need to bypass the pin in order for it to work. Just irritating when people are rude for no reason. SUGGESTIONS: fix your pumps? Make a bigger sign closer to where customers are looking? Be understanding when people come in after getting a message that says "SEE CASHIER"

I love any and every Kwik Trip I stop at - the company's management must be TERRIFIC because all the employees are not only well- trained but serve as superb ambassadors for the brand - but my visit to this particular location, on this particular day (Sunday, Sept 29) put a smile on my face and a song in my heart about basic human goodness (thanks to Connor's kindness) as I headed off to church. I've lived across the street from this location for 6 years now and let me tell you, everyone here is so wonderful and engaging with every customer. sure sometimes they have duties to attend to but if you can't wait two minutes then fuck you. they always have a clean store and a wonderful selection. the manager there has taken her time and hired herself a dream team of employees. turnover there is not common so I know the employees must like their jobs. all in all though I would recommend this location to anyone I know. the only drawback is that they cut store hours so they aren't open 24/7 which sucks. but that's not the staff's fault so it shouldn't reflect on the review. fuck the corporate entities that try and make life harder and pay less to their employees while they line their pockets. the people that actually run that store could run that place better than any of the corporate douche bags that act like they care. this place kicks ass because of the perks there. monologue over. go there
