This store uses the very standard, older KT floor plan. When you go into the store, you'll get that feeling of Deja vu, which is exactly what the owners want you to feel. Karuba Coffee, Dunkers, doughnuts, and hot foods are straight back. Rest rooms? Take a left as you enter. You'll pass the no-fee ATMs on your left as you head for the rest rooms. (If you're a true Cheesehead you call those TYME machines.) Outside? You'll find unleaded regular, plus, and premium, E-85, and winterized diesel #2. Typical of Kwik Trip, the store is clean, the help friendly, and the shelves are well stocked including the hot food bar. If an item is missing, just ask, they'll make it up for you.

Tracey saw I was a little shaken up and try to calm me down by showing me what exactly the problem was - even made a video for me as he took out the part so I could understand what he was doing. Both Tracey and woman in the office made me feel relaxed and comfortable despite the unfortunate event. After a few hours in the shop, Tracey was able to get my car back on the road that night.
