How can one person get the basics and the next get all the additions they paid for? The conveyor never slowed or sped up so how do you know you're getting what you paid for? Doesn't make sense. I won't use Tommy's Express Wash again for these reasons: expensive, poor undercarriage wash, questionable method of getting what I paid for, back of car was still dirty after wash was completed and wheel wells also dirty, as if no water actually cleaned that area.

I asked what kind of issues, this was supposed to be free. The clerk put her hand up to my face and said she was trying to figure it out. I then told her that rule number one in customer service is you don't put your hand up to your customer face. ( No as a customer, I do not talk to the hand). To top it off they had already cancelled my account before I even showed up. What had happened was their touch car wash side had left scratches all over my truck that morning. The sides, hood, mirrors, tailgate, roof, and new chrome trim I had just placed on my vehicle that weekend. When I tried to show them that the new chrome had even been scratched, I was told they don't cover after market damage anyway, and to leave without understanding that the scratched chrome proved consistancy. They refused to do an incident report or give any insurance info. So I just contacted my insurance and I am going to let them handle it. (My insurance stated they will go after damages on my behalf due to photo proof and receipts of new equipment installation) A police report has also been filed per my insurance company's request, and was instructed this was not a new occurance for this business. So if you love your paint job beware! Also read the other low star reviews of issues with scratched vehicles. Thank you.

They didn't remove the floor mats and even the spots they did vacuum still had debris. Not sure how you mess up vacuuming... dirty cloths were used on the interior. I had to go back over everything, particularly the windows and windshield. On the exterior, they didn't dry the tires prior to putting on tire shine, then put way too much shine on which then flung onto the sides of the truck when I drove away. 2 stars instead of just 1 because of the free vacuums outside, so I was able to go back over the interior myself after paying $36 for my sub bar wash. Also, the lady at the desk was nice - so there's that.
