How can one person get the basics and the next get all the additions they paid for? The conveyor never slowed or sped up so how do you know you're getting what you paid for? Doesn't make sense. I won't use Tommy's Express Wash again for these reasons: expensive, poor undercarriage wash, questionable method of getting what I paid for, back of car was still dirty after wash was completed and wheel wells also dirty, as if no water actually cleaned that area.

I asked what kind of issues, this was supposed to be free. The clerk put her hand up to my face and said she was trying to figure it out. I then told her that rule number one in customer service is you don't put your hand up to your customer face. ( No as a customer, I do not talk to the hand). Got her name, manager allegedly not there in the middle of the afternoon, and left.

I had to show that owner I was capable of pulling up into the touch wash safely to get my pass. Since the new owner took over I no longer have privilege to use the touch wash I pay a subscription fee for. In fact, it is now closed most of the time. This is even during business and weekend daytime hours. So I am being forced to use the lesser wash almost every time. They also stopped stocking the vacuum tokens. I am supposed to get one per week. Most of the vacuums don't work, but aren't labeled, so if you do want to use vacuums you can lose money finding out they don't work and no way to get money back. If something doesn't change this month I am canceling my subscription and going to one of the new, state of the art car washes that actually are maintained. Employees have told me the owner now doesn't care that things don't work.

That is until the day I had an issue and was told to basicly go away. I called with an issue I had with a wash and was told to bring in my truck to show them what had happened. I show up to only be greeted rudely and told that I am a liar and that they were not responsible for what had happened before they even looked at my vehicle or understood what happened. To top it off they had already cancelled my account before I even showed up. What had happened was their touch car wash side had left scratches all over my truck that morning. The sides, hood, mirrors, tailgate, roof, and new chrome trim I had just placed on my vehicle that weekend. When I tried to show them that the new chrome had even been scratched, I was told they don't cover after market damage anyway, and to leave without understanding that the scratched chrome proved consistancy. They refused to do an incident report or give any insurance info. So I just contacted my insurance and I am going to let them handle it. (My insurance stated they will go after damages on my behalf due to photo proof and receipts of new equipment installation) A police report has also been filed per my insurance company's request, and was instructed this was not a new occurance for this business. So if you love your paint job beware! Also read the other low star reviews of issues with scratched vehicles. Thank you.

Even the bare minimum wash package offers vacuuming and wiping down the interior surfaces. I was disappointed, I only purchased the wash package for the interior detailing because it's hard to find that service since I moved. Don't offer the service if your employees don't perform it. I have one more certificate left, but honestly I can do better at home. I'd recommend saving your money. Hopefully other locations are better but the other reviews I've seen do t give me much hope.
