I was waiting for my ride after throwing up in the bathroom. i was obviously sick. i waited for my ride and stayed under the shelter part because it was raining. it's been like 5 minutes and an elder employee with ginger dyed hair comes out all pissy and literally yells, "HEY RETARD, STOP LOITERING" i tried explaining to her that i felt sick and was waiting under the shelter because it was raining. she then goes on about how teenagers just sit around and do nothing. im getting really pissed about her. my ride was almost there btw. i just left to stand in the rain and get more sick. read more

Honestly fuck Amy O. and her shit interview. I guarau she didn't wait no 10 minutes for service. that is just the whining of an entitled bitch who probably has never been on the other side of that counter once in her life. customer service is hard and the ones doing it honestly get it worse than everyone else in any job field, anywhere. degree or not. they should be getting way more for the shit they have to endure on a daily basis by people like Amy O. show some respect to the staff and they'll return the favor. now onto my actual review. I've lived across the street from this location for 6 years now and let me tell you, everyone here is so wonderful and engaging with every customer. sure sometimes they have duties to attend to but if you can't wait two minutes then fuck you. they always have a clean store and a wonderful selection. the manager there has taken her time and hired herself a dream team of employees. turnover there is not common so I know the employees must like their jobs. all in all though I would recommend this location to anyone I know. the only drawback is that they cut store hours so they aren't open 24/7 which sucks. but that's not the staff's fault so it shouldn't reflect on the review. fuck the corporate entities that try and make life harder and pay less to their employees while they line their pockets. the people that actually run that store could run that place better than any of the corporate douche bags that act like they care. this place kicks ass because of the perks there. monologue over. go there read more

I've stopped at this location several times as I commute from another city and it is a convenient stop for me prior to heading to work. This might be because I am usually in the store around 5:45AM but I have yet to have a pleasant experience with any of the employees. I am never greeted when I arrive at the counter and it has taken upwards of 10 minutes to be helped when the employee is standing at the counter. I understand that it is early and because of my past experience with working an opening shift at a gas station I know that you have duties of stocking and what not. However, to be blatantly ignored for almost 10 minutes when it is obvious you can see me is unacceptable behavior. I have never been offered a bag for my items, even though I always purchase multiple items and I am never offered a receipt (I pay with a card). The overall attitude of the employees makes me feel unwelcomed and like I'm being an annoyance, which is a shame considering it is a perfect location and a brand new building which is beautiful inside and out. I have started to drive out of my way to another gas station for my morning stop just to avoid being treated so poorly. Good customer service should be present, even in the early hours of the morning. read more
