Cashier smiling big: "We don't do dirty! We go in there several times a day with bleach!" Tim, adult son of my friend Paige who went to camp with is us as the leadership transition team had not gone to the restroom yet, he paid and as I went to the car with all of our items he went to use the facilities. Like what do you want cause they don't pay me enough to talk to you and make your day better. She went above and beyond to help me as I asked if they were going to make anymore chicken for the evening, as they were out of pretty much everything. She didn't have to as it was kind of late but she did just for me and also threw in a fountain drink while I waited. It's nice to know that there are a few people in the younger generations that had a good upbringing and proper manners.

Today I won $200 on 1 scratch off and they said they were only allowed to give me 1/2 of my winnings because they weren't allowed to give more than $100 dollars in a day WTF so I had to buy almost $75.00 in other tickets and merch to collect my winnings! Since she started in December of 2023, every single employee who worked there has resigned. I mean every single one. This Sherry does not respect the customer and will asks questions of the customer that is very invasive. Towns people will avoid going into the store. Sherry is vindictive and lazy. Do not trust sitting on the seats in the bathroom, she will not clean it. The bathrooms reek of urine odors. Also do not place your child in the changing station, that is never sanitized at least while Sherry works. This is owned by a large corporation and her behaviors have been reported, but they continue to not address it appropriately as evidenced by the resignation of every single employee since she was hired. Her most recent attack on a previous employee, has significantly attacked this employees reputation. Sherry was coached on stopping this behavior, but it continues. Bikers avoid fueling at this location, the parking area is filled with fine sand/gravel that makes this an unsafe location.

Ended up having to use a service from Antigo instead as this guy was a complete jerk on the phone and refused to work on my car. It was a ten minute fix with a ten dollar part but apparently it was "too hot". (Maybe 80 degrees out) Very unprofessional.

And what to I see when I first walk in? BOXES OF GLAZERS!!! I pick up my box, and proceed to check out. I am greeted by a friendly smile, and in a polite tone, he asks, "Is that all?". And on my way out, he tells me "See ya next time!" On my way out, I see one of Kwik Trips Mac and cheese cups. Oh my gosh, for $1.50, this was one of the best Mac and Cheeses I've ever had. The perfectly cooked noodles were smothered in a rich and creamy cheese sauce! With a bright design, clean bathrooms, and a very clean eating area, I can tell the employees put in an effort to make a clean experience for every customer.
