Believing that the employees must just be preparing to close the store, I went to the door and found it to be locked. I knocked and saw an employee but he didn't come to the door. I was quite surprised but left, thinking that I there must be another store open till 10pm in the area, however, there were not. I returned to YOUR store 4 minutes later to find your employee near the cashier's station at the front of the store, but he yelled that you were closed. I pointed out that the sign said you were in fact open till 10pm but again he yelled that you were closed. I am a small business owner myself, so I get that most of the time it goes unnoticed when you start to close up a few minutes earlier than your typical hours, but for your employee to refuse entrance and service 12 minutes early is just ridiculous. She got the second one wrong even after I corrected her twice! Then the tech just hung up the phone. I called back to ensure the refills went through and luckily got someone else on the phone. She confirmed both went through. When I went to pick up my medication, one was wrong, and the other still needed to be faxed in to the doctor. All around rude staff and incompetent.

Upon arrival, incorrect medications were filled and we were told to come back (after a long drive into town to get the medications) in an hour. Upon arriving back an hour later, the cashier snapped at us at she would be shutting down after the customer in front of us for lunch. We are completely understanding that everyone deserves a break, however, when telling us to come back an hour prior, a shut down of 1:30 would have been great to have mentioned. We finally convinced her to help us quickly before lunch and received a short, rude attitude and a partial-fill, with no insight as to how to receive the remainder of the medication. Horrible customer service, under-trained and all-around need for improvement. Do not recommend this pharmacy.
