I was unofficially a Wawa mystery shopper, reporting back on my experience around the Philly suburbs. I grew to be a Wawa connoisseur over the years. I have favorites, ones I routinely stop at on road trips up/down i-95, and ones I outright avoid. My two cents: This is a great Wawa location! Super clean--even on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, the bathrooms and drink areas were clean and orderly. The staff here were friendly and helpful. The service was wonderfully quick. Love the inflatable food-shaped rafts (burger, pizza, etc) they decorate with here that adds a fun and playful vibe. Great music too. It's a winning i-95 stop. This one is open 24/7, has gas, and lots of grassy area for puppies or kids to stretch their legs. It also has a surprising amount of Tesla charging stations. Pro-tip: Get a small mac-n-cheese, medium chili. Special request a large empty extra container. Mix together in that large cup for a truly awesome chili mac for about $8. Its enough for two people or to have leftovers.

This is very dangerous - God forbid if the pump was tampered with and I did not see any anti-tamper seal on the pump. The attendant was very belligerent and rude towards me for trying to pay for my gas inside. The last thing I ever need with pay at the pump is that my card got hacked and my bank's fraud prevention team contacts me with a fraudulent charge alert. Any corrective conversation should be handled privately and respectfully. When I later expressed my concern regarding this behavior to the Store Director, Vikki Eiswert, I was told to leave the store after stating that I felt her approach toward the employee was rude. Rather than engaging in a professional discussion, she stated she would not argue, removed items from my hands, and proceeded to contact law enforcement. At no point was I aggressive or causing a disturbance; the only issue was that I voiced my concern about her conduct. I will not be shopping at this location again, and I intend to ensure that this experience is brought to the attention of the appropriate parties. No one--whether a manager or a store associate--should be spoken to in a belittling or disrespectful manner. The employee involved was not at fault, and being in a leadership position does not justify speaking to employees in an unprofessional way. While being asked to leave the store is not my primary concern, I will continue to share my experience until it reaches the appropriate level of review.
