It was empty when I got there, save for the attendant at the window. I just pulled up, swiped my gas card, and filled up. The beautiful thing about getting gas in the east coast is how inexpensive it is compared to gas prices in California. I can't really speak bad of this place, and I spent a very short time here. What I call a sib is called by many different terms depending on what part of the country you are in. Wawa got their start in Pennsylvania somewhere by Philadelphia and over there, people call them hoagies. The story that I have always heard is that the name hoagie xomes from the Hoagland submarine base and the employees loved this particular sandwich so much that people started calling them hoagies. Anyway, for a gas station, Wawa has some pretty stellar subs (or if you prefer, hoagies). The gas is competitively priced and Wawa is an overall positive experience. They were going to charge $500 just for the part and another $200+ to install, i went to a dealership and the total for the part and installation was $540. They said the air filters (that had been replaced four days earlier) needed to be replaced, the spark plugs all needed to be replaced, and a tail light needed to be replaced. None of those things needed to be done. The one thing I can say positively is that they were not going to charge an insane amount for the battery if I had them replace that. They were however going to charge $75 for the test and replace of it. Advance Auto Parts does that free.

You can get fried chicken boxes, fried chicken sandwiches/subs, fried chicken breakfast items, etc. They also do a good job with deli meat sandwiches and egg breakfast sandwiches. Otherwise it's a pretty standard convenience store with the usual service station grab and go items. They have a good selection of chips and drinks. This particular location is very spacious and has everything you could expect on the shelves. As most Royal Farms in the area, it also has Krispy Kreme donuts that are stocked daily. The coffee is pretty good for a service station, and they have plenty of fountain drinks and iced drinks as well.

I could only see one employee and it was the guy working the register, with a hand written sign that said "Cash Only" in front of him....Which I found highly sus. When the employee working the register (who was standing in the middle of the store talking to his coworker) saw me go up to the sign and take a picture he hurriedly started giving an explanation that the "credit card processor had been down since he came into work and he heard a bunch of places were having the same problem." So I proceeded to go to the Royal Farms half a mile away on Roland Avenue....who had no issue taking cards and was also serving food. Speaking of which, the whole reason I went into Royal Farms to begin with is because the new Crunchy Chicken Croissant is fire and I was craving one. Luckily I was able to get one at the second location and they also had the DIY milkshake machine there too, which the other location didn't have. Needless to say they need to fire the employees working late night at this location. I will be going to the Roland Ave Royal Farms from now on....unless I need gas. It's worth mentioning that this isn't the first time I've seen a handwritten sign that says "cash only" at this location when there is only one or two employees working. I ordered two of the spicy chicken strips for a fee of $4.99 (inc.Tax) and when I bit off my first bite the chicken had nice spice and breading, but it was extremely dry and the pieces were very small for the price. If I could attach photos, I would. Anyways, I just wanted to make someone aware of the quality drop in the infamous chicken from Royal Farm Store.
