Inside, the property is clean and organized, but the parking lot needs attention. There's debris scattered around, and the pavement is gross dirty and needs hot steam to clean. They do very good business so they're frequently booked up-- make an appointment if possible, they take preference over walk-ins. You fill out a detailed service form inside the Shell station and the cashier, who is also a garage employee, takes care of it from there. When the mechanic called to give me his report, he followed my instructions to proceed with the oil change but get my permission for any other work needed. He told me my tires were in good condition (and didn't try to upsell me to make a buck). With the roads in Bmore being what they are, it would have been really easy to try that card (which some untrustworthy mechanics do more so with women), but this guy was honest with me and I respect that. He also said that my AC issue wasn't a problem that required any work and might just come and go, though harmless-- so again, saving me cash. The whole process was very efficient and reasonable priced, and the staff was friendly. I definitely recommend!

A man came up to me, on a heavily rainy day, asking for a gas can full of gas, claiming his car ran out of gas on North Avenue. I do not carry a gas can in my car, so he then begged for any container to fill with gas for him. I told him that I do not carry containers in my vehicle, and he should purchase his own container and gasoline. He then begged me for cash, which I do not give out. When I questioned him about the exact location of his allegedly out of gas vehicle, to ensure that he was telling the truth, he became very vague and ran off. I drove several blocks up and down North Avenue, and noticed not a single stalled car. Who begs for gasoline?
