The service center is great. The workers are honest and they actually saved me money just by being honest. They have my business forever!

One pump's auto-shutoff doesn't work. Another pump's credit card reader doesn't work.

Ben- David Sheppard Just now · tagAdd Topics…read moreToday I realized after picking up my 2000 Mercedes CLK Convertible excellent condition with only 77,000 miles on it! From Clarkesville Sunoco and Clarkesville Auto and Body Shop that these 2 Awesome Clarkesville businesses make Clarksville feel like Mayberry RFD, small town, integrity, honesty, customer service and all around great businesses treat you like family! Selfishly I hate to even post this as I would hate to see them so busy they can't see me when needed ...LOL For those of you that know, know, for those of you that don't Adam the Manager and his team at the Clarkesville Sunoco are literally the only service garage I will ever take any of my cars to! They are 100% fair, 1000% integrity. Bottom line they give you a quote you say thank you and when can I pick it up! Let me know what else it may need and your in 100% great hands! Just can't say enough about Adam he is da man! Then headed over to Clarkesville Auto & Body shop off 108 behind El Azteca/the car wash! Had some damages done to my car done by my 16 year old son. Thanks to Scotts, swift help, excellent service, honesty and quick fix he may have saved a life ...LOL ;-).... I can't thank Scott and his team enough! If you have any body work needs and want a fair quote, quick fix and family like customer service ask for Scott at Clarkesville Auto and Body! Folks this morning I was dreading dealing with the mechanical, and cosmetic issues this classic car needed. After dealing with both Adam and Scott I literally had tears in my eyes from their kindness and excellence in business! I LOVE CLARKSVILLE!

I've had some really awful experiences with mechanics since I moved to the area 18 months ago…read more I've tried Dobbin Auto Repair, an Exxon in Columbia, AAA in Laurel, and two dealerships -- all of which were the worst experiences I've ever had with mechanics. River Hill Sunoco got my car running better than it has in over a year, and I finally feel safe on the road again. They treated me with respect and patiently listened to the list of issues I was experiencing. They quickly diagnosed the issue, fully explained it to me, and completed the repair within a couple of hours. I can't say enough about how great my experience was!

This place seems so disjointed. First and foremost, why is this so far from the actual BJ's store?…read moreIt's not even in the same plaza, you have to leave that plaza and come over to this plaza. Then there is the placement in this plaza that isn't very workable. You can tell that this used to be an Exxon or something along that line. They just took it over, removed the signage, and slapped BJ's onto it. But it is right off the road on a small lot that isn't all that built out. Imagine, if you will, any gas station tied to a discount warehouse, it is well used. With the lot being small it is always congested and cause traffic to back up to the main road. The pumps are two deep and you really are just in a waiting game. For the line at each pump to move forward, the vehicle at the front has to complete their fueling in order for everyone to move forward. Pumping fuel isn't really a fast task, you are at the mercy of the pump. While waiting in the line I chose, I noticed more and more vehicles flow into the lot. Backing up the flow, until one of the pumps releases the vehicles. My turn finally. Have your card or app ready so you can scan your membership ID. Once scanned you are just sitting there at the mercy of the pump. Fuel dispensed and I was finally ready to head out. Being the front vehicle, the one behind me had to wait until I was finished. Exiting here, you all have to go one way to exit. Which leads you to the back side of this plaza. Flow out of here is just as hard as coming in here. You have to wait for the flow of vehicles coming into the plaza in order to exit the fuel area. If you do come here, just be careful.

After a 6am run to the airport, (Oct 2025), I was in the mood for fried chicken, of all things. On the way home, I searched for who's open, and this Royal Farm said they opened at 5am! I've had some RoFo chicken disappointments before, but a tip of the hat to Daym, who has mentioned this technique: For the freshest fast-food, go to a place as soon as possible after opening time! I got there around 6:30am, and surprise, they actually had chicken freshly made at that hour! I got just one fried chicken thigh. It was hot and crispy, and the chicken was tender and juicy and flavorful, right up there with the well-known drive-through places. Now I know why folks love their RoFo chicken. Come when they've made a fresh batch! For me, it's now on my "breakfast" list :-)

Since I am a RoFo rewards member my coffee was only 1.99 would have been 2.49 at regular price. They have one of those machines that brews the coffee fresh each time. Nice to know it hasn't been sitting all day. Store wasn't busy this morning. They didn't have any cashiers but they have two self service registers. Prices are what you would expect for any convenience store. I have been here on other occasions to grab a beverage or snack. Overall not a bad place so I will return.
