She went back and they denied everything so she went to the dealership. Dealership total her plug was cross threaded. I didn't want to believe my guys I've trusted for so long would do us so shady. I took my truck in everything the guy touched was bad power steering fluid, transmission fluid, differential fluid. Basically leading me to believe I was going to break down any second if I didn't pay them $800 to change everything. I told him I'd go to the dealership, and I had a massive oil leak directly after. Took it into a different shop oil filter finger tighten half turn on the oil plug. All the stuff he claimed was bad the new shop said it was a lie. I wouldn't go there because they are up selling and if you don't pay they make sure you will later. Terrible

I called M&W at a friend's recommendation and they got me an appointment for later that day. They called me back around 90 minutes after dropping my truck off and said it was finished! I'm not sure, since the repairs were very costly, but I think the repair quality was 5 stars. They did a break job and after picked up the car, the air conditioner went out, so they did that repair also a few weeks later. The break repair costs were about what I expected, but the air conditioning repair was about double what I expected (me, with zero automotive repair experience). Both repairs seem to be quality repairs, and the owner, David, talked me through them before I gave the go-ahead. I'm giving 5 stars because I think they did a good job. I'm not completely sure I understand why the air conditioner gave out right after they fixed the breaks, and I'm going to go with "complete coincidence" for that one, but it was a very expensive fix. All in all, I would continue to take my cars here for repairs. Thank you Carsmart and David.
