Sam came to inspect our refrigerator today. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend Sam 10/10.

Max from Bozmanfix came to our house today to repair our fridge that wasn't cooling properly. He took it apart and checked everything and found that our fan was not running properly. He had the replacement part on his truck and had it repaired in an hour. The company sent text messages to let me know his arrival time. He arrived in our scheduled window. I would use their services again. Max was friendly and explained the problem and how he was going to repair the issue. read more

Bozmanfix - Fridge repair - Appliances & Repair Near Me

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE. I have Maytag dryer that is not heating. Eugene came out and charged us 300 dollars for a new part. The dryer still did not work... he came out and charged us 600 for a new thermostat and duct cleaning.... Still not working... he came out a third time and says it's the motherboard and he will have to call us with a quote. That was two weeks ago. . I keep calling and all I get is Emily... their AI chat Robot. They refuse to answer their phone or fall back.... Not sure they are even still in business. I checked and they are not even qualified to be a part of the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THEM read more

My fridge was making a new loud sound. He was very helpful in fixing my fridge and replacing the broken motor.

I would never recommend this company. They are extremely unprofessional, misleading with their pricing, and completely unreliable. When I questioned the charges, they acted as if our previous conversations never happened. They refused to honor what was said over the phone, went back and forth on their own prices, and made me feel like I was being taken advantage of simply because I'm not an expert in repairs. I paid hundreds of dollars because they ignored my CLEAR instruction to wait before ordering any parts -- and of course they did it anyway just so they could justify charging a restocking fee. And it gets worse. They didn't even fix the washer the first time, so I had to call them back out. After all that money, the technician came back and then tried to extort me for an additional $100, blaming a so-called "power outage" for why the washer still wasn't working. That excuse made no sense -- nothing in my home lost power and my stove never reset (which it always does during an outage). We explained that, but he still pushed the charge. Here's the truth: When he left the first time, the washer did NOT work. I tried using it twice. When he came back and I REFUSED to pay the extra $100, suddenly the washer "worked" again -- but even now, it is still not properly aligned and still not fully repaired. read more

Had an issue with our fridge and Eugene did a great job fixing and providing details and recommendations. Will be sure to use again.

Horrible company, needed microwave fixed, appointment at 9 to 11, guy showed up at 12:30. Tech didn't know what he was doing, just kept switching circuit breaker off and on, said it was bad power and couldn't fix it. Charged me $ 150.00 for nothing. Called another company and they fixed it in 5 minute for $115.00. Do Not use this company. read more

After I sent another message, Max quickly responded and came by to diagnose my dishwasher problem. It turned out that the issue was unrelated to his earlier repair, as the pump had failed. He came over right after receiving the part, installed it, and now my dishwasher is functioning perfectly again! I thought the cost fair. read more

Do not, I repeat, do not use this company. We have a kenmore elite stand up freezer. We already knew the issue was in the evaporator coil line leaking. The technician came out, hooked some devices up and then told us it's 1 of 2 issues; that either the evaporator coil line has a leak and needs replacing or it was the condenser which couldn't be fixed. He told us it would be an additional $500 to figure out which one it is. On top of the $500, it would be an additional $1100 if it's the evaporator coil line. If it was the condenser, we would only pay the $500. Finally, we agreed that he would put freon in and some anti gel that's supposed to stop the leak at least 6 months to a year for $330. The technician put freon in the compressor and then added the anti gel at which time our brand new compressor shut off. I asked him did he check the compressor before adding freon and he said it was working at that time. Ultimately, his solution didn't work and we still had to pay the $99 even though he messed our new compressor up. We called a different company who sent a technician out. The new technician advised us that our compressor stopped working because bozman technician put the antigel in our compressor instead of the filter drier line. That caused our compressor to become blocked and ultimately shut off. He also said bozman technician overcharged the compressor. We ended up spending $200 for the new technician to unblock the compressor from the anti gel and another $500 to fix the leak in the evaporator coil that was accessible without taking the back off. Freezer is working like new now. This company is a rip off and their lack of knowledge cost us $300 extra when you add the $99 service fee plus the $200 for the new technician to unblock our compressor from the anti gel. I took pictures of the gel coming out of the compressor line where bozman technician added it wrongly as soon as the cap was taken off. Before the company gets on here saying my name isn't in their system, my husband called them for service. Calvin williams in Jonesboro GA. Service date 10/7/2025. read more

This is my personal experience. I feel like I have been totally ripped off. I called them because my GE frig was not cooling properly. Technician came out and said he needed to replace a small fan, clean dust off the condenser coils and unplug a drain pipe creating ice. Part less than $100. Took him approximately 40 minutes. $435! I asked him if the hourly rate for labor was $350/hr....no answer. Asked for a Labor and materials receipt....didn't get it. Asked for some fair resolution for a supervisor....nothing. Asked for their advertised senior discount...nothing. Roll the dice if you want but I personally don't recommend being the next sucker in line. read more

My old Kenmore dryer stopped drying my clothes, so I assumed the heating element needed to be replaced. I called BozmanFix and scheduled an appointment. On the appointment date, their technician called me when he was about 20 minutes from my house and let me know he was on his way. He appeared at my door without identification and didn't introduce himself when I opened my front door. He was wearing a shirt that said Appliance Repair with no company logo on it, no business card and was driving his own car, not a company vehicle with BozmanFix's name on it. When I asked him for his name etc. I was greeted with hostility. I've been scammed before, so I am very cautious now. He told me he worked for five companies. It was hard to understand him because of his heavy accent. I believe he was Eastern European. He proceeded to remove the back of my dryer, dust off some lint on wires in the back and checked them with his voltage meter. A few minutes later he told me that I needed a new heating element and sensors - total cost $405.00 - to which I replied that I could buy a new dryer for $500.00. He told me it was up to me. I told him I would have to think about it and wanted a written quote for parts and labor first. I was told they don't use PAPER anymore. I paid the $99.00 service call with a check and signed his phone. I did receive an emailed receipt for my payment but not a quote. He told me the $99.00 would be applied to the total when the repairs were done. I called their office after he left (he was only at my house 12-15 minutes) and requested a written quote. I was told by Emily my request would be sent to dispatch. That was on 10/27/25 before 11:00 a.m. The price the technician quoted me for the heating element was $130.00. I had the part number and looked it up on the SearsPartsDirect website. It is listed for $29.19 on sale. I was sent a "How Was My Experience" survey and responded on 10/28/25 that I had requested a written quote for parts and labor and was still waiting to hear from them. I didn't get a response. On 10/29/25, I called BozmanFix at 2:43 p.m. and got Emily again. I repeatedly asked her if she was a real person and I didn't get an answer (Emily the AI generated dispatcher). I told her I hadn't received my quote and she said she would send it through to dispatch again. SHE/IT doesn't need to bother. I won't be using BozmanFix to repair my dryer. RUN, don't walk away from this company! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BY THIER WARRANTY AND NOW THE WASHER WILL NOT POWER ON they came to my home last Monday 7/8/24 to fix a leak under the washing machine. The technician was very nice fixed the issue. Used the washing machine a couple of times. Saturday 7/12/24 used the washing machine and it was water everywhere and now the washing machine will not even power on. It is clothes stuck in the machine. This was around 7pm. I called no one answered got a message that they close at 6pm and all day Sunday (eventho the website says 24hrs assistance). So I a text to the number that texted me on Monday saying they are coming out. Letting them know the problem with pics. No response. Today Monday 7/15/24 I called and advise of the issue. At 830am I spoke with a man who said he would contact me back once he speak to the technician. I called back a hour later and he said the same thing. I advised him that I need someone to come out and fix the problem immediately we need to schedule a technician. I asked for the manager or supervisor I was told she would call me back. I called back the 3rd time and a woman answered the phone she apologized and said she will have the manager call me back within 20 mins she also said the manager is who I need to speak to about having someone come out and fix the problem. The manager Nicholas called me back an hour later and he admitted in the phone conversation that is recorded that the technician did not replace the hose. Just reattached the hose he said the hose was rusty but not replaced. I ended up hanging up the phone on the man because he did not want to accept accountability that his company did not fix the issue. And he refused to send someone out to fix the issue. He kept saying oh your gonna take me to court over $175. Yes I am taking you to court for whatever I pay to have the problem fixed that your company was supposed to fix but did not. My issue with the company is that they have not taken any responsibility for coming back out and fixing the problem. They should have immediately sent a technician out to fix the problem especially when they say they have a 90 day warranty and it was less than 7 days they were notified the problem was not fixed it was a temporary fix. Now the washer is worse than it was. I have heard apologies but no action. I have pics and videos and I notified them as soon as possible. Now the issue is worst than what it was the washer will not power on and it's clothes stuck in the machine. I do not know why its so hard to get someone to come and fix the problem. I do know if the problem is not fixed by Tuesday at 9am I will find someone else to fix the problem and sue them for the difference. 90 day warranty and it was not even 6 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

Very inexperienced. Took my $75 trip fee for nothing. Estimated $350 claiming a blockage in the drain. When all that was needed is vacuum maintenance and to reattach a partition that came loose from behind the freezer drawer. The repairman Shamil arrived on time and fixed our refrigerator for a reasonable price.

repair refrigerator. Someone apparently whitewashed our check, that was given to the repairman at the completion of the repair, and changed our check to show an additional one hundred dollars. CUSTOMER BEWARE Save yourself time, money and stress. Dan Y from Bozmanfix LLC is rude, and disrespectful, unprofessional that use profanity. Our dryer kept cutting off and tripping the circuit breaker. We called Bozmanfix they came out and stated it was a element, they replaced it and after he left the dryer wouldn't get hot and continue to do the same thing. They came back the next day and said, they installed a faulty element part. We paid over $300 and now three weeks later, the same problem again. We called them and they sent Dan again, he was rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional using profanity. He stated nothing was wrong with the dryer. I will be filing a complaint to the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and post reviews on every platform I can find to make everyone aware of this company. Don't trust their ability to perform any repair correctly and they use defective products. read more

The dispatcher told me my estimate would be 20.00 off because I lived near their business. The tech said that was only if I paid for the labor. I would love to have left a good review, but I can't. Called on Thursday, made an appointment for Saturday between 1-4. They texted to see if they could come earlier. I did not receive the text due to poor cell service in my area. I called to make sure they were coming, it was 2pm. But, since I didn't get my text they canceled my 1-4 appointment. This company sent a tech out to my unit who didn't speak English well and who had to translate our conversation through his cell phone. On top of that this tech had no tools to to test or figure out the problem with my dryer. He used his knows instead of tools. Charged me $78 to look at the dryer, then stated it was the heating element which would cost $327.00. I got a second opinion from a different company who used tools to test my dryer and stated that my dryer vents needed to be cleaned. Had them clean and problem was solved!! Amazing service. Dan was professional, courtesy, and suburbly nice. He has helped us twice with our appliances and we couldn't be happier.

Service tech was rude and annoyed when I asked questions. He didn't speak English so he was easily frustrated. He incorrectly diagnosed the issue and charged extra for it. His recommendation was to replace refrigerator. We then called another company and the tech determine the reason refrigerator was no longer cooling was due to fan. Once it was replaced, refrigerator worked perfectly fine. In addition, the tech was nearly 6 hours late beyond scheduled timeframe and took two days to provide an incorrect diagnosis. When he was placing everything back into refrigerator as he did the day before, he forced the drawer and broke the wheel while doing do. It was not repairable as the entire corner of refrigerator drawer was broken. I requested a claim be filed for replacement after we witnessed the incident. However, he tried to say it was already like that, which was false. There was nothing wrong with it the first day he came or the day after. It only became an issue when he became frustrated and forced the drawer. To date, claim still has not been submitted and we are left with a broken drawer, even after emails have been sent regarding this matter. read more
