He sent me pictures of the fridges they had in my price range, showed me up close pics of any scratches, etc. we didn't have a car to go to the showroom, my sister had it running to Home Depot. Since the business cut off the reviews on Facebook marketplace and Google I will post a review on any platform I can. We purchased a washing machine on April 18th and paid $125 extra dollars to have it delivered. I spoke with Osvaldo the entire time. I have messages where it states there is a 3 month warranty. We understand the appliances are not new they are used and refurbished or repaired . With that being said Saturday night I was washing a small load of clothes ( maybe 15 pieces of clothing ) and the washing machine was shaking so bad you could hear it outside. It wouldn't let me do anything so after it finished I opened it and the springs for the drum had completely come off. I messaged the pictures on fb to Osvaldo and waited until the next day ( Sunday) to text him. No response. I called three times and texted today ( Monday) and no response. Finally my husband messaged him pretending to be interested in another washing machine and we were sent the same address and told he was going to be there. We loaded up the washing machine, drove from Snellville to Winder to drop it off and get s refund. The man that was there goes by the name junior was extremely rude and defensive and automatically started questioning what we did to break the machine. We tried to show him pictures of the small load and he wasn't interested. I said I would just like to have a refund. He said no. We don't do refunds we either replace or repair but no refunds and I tried explaining to him we don't want another one from them and Osvaldo was not communicative and he didn't want to hear it. We ended up making sure the one he replaced it with worked while we were there and even still he was rude. He said the other guy no longer worked there which is a lie because he's still selling stuff on Facebook marketplace for that address. He said to call his personal phone next time and bring it in. Why would I do that when they didn't answer to begin with. He tried to be intimidating while speaking to me. I told him it wasn't fair that I paid $125 delivery fee and gave him my old washing machine and still had to load up the newer one and drive out there to get a replacement due to lack of communication. The merchant, Peach Appliances, delivered on July 19 the KitchenAid refrigerator we purchased on July 12. On July 20, 2017 (one day later) we called Peach Appliances to let them know the KitchenAid model refrigerator did not work. They came out to pick up the KitchenAid model and gave us a Whirlpool model replacement. That replacement model did not work either. They came out a third time to deliver another replacement. Before they could unload that refrigeration off the truck, my husband discovered the doors did not close. So they left us with the same non working Whirlpool replacement model. We kept calling Peach Appliances to ask when our KitchenAid would be fixed and brought back to us. The merchant did not return any of our numerous calls. We then call Capital One to dispute the charge. Capital One pursuit the dispute only to tell us they could not do anything. The merchant did not deliver the refrigerator we were charged. I bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer from these guys. The first washer had to be replaced within a few weeks because the first one flooded my laundry room. The refrigerator ALMOST lasted the year warranty but not quite. When the company they sold the warranty to cane out, they said the problem was that the fridge had been tapped for freon (I had no idea) and it was empty. They didn't cover that. So far I've spent more to fix the fridge (multiple major problems) than I spent in purchasing it. Peach Appliances won't even return my calls. Never again. They knew they sold me a bad refrigerator (the repair man said there was no way not to) and can't be bothered to make it right. read more

We have nothing but trouble with the fridge we bought from them. Beware these are not floor model appliances. They are bought used, and cleaned up. After they installed our fridge we realized our ice maker was broken, and disguting. The gentleman they sent out did not speak one word of English, so that didn't help. He was communicating with me non stop. After the machines were installed, the same day I contacted him about the loud noise the washer was making. He had the same deliveries come back to check it out which all they did was run the machine and blame it on my floors! Mind you I had washer/ dryer here before with no issue like this. When they delivered the washer and dryer, it was not the set pictured and the set they brought out looked way older. I complained immediately and you would think that someone would've called and told me that the set that I wanted had been sold. No. To this day there has been no contact with anyone from the place. The only thing they did offer was a 3 month warranty and a $100 discount. I still feel like I've been had though. I'm praying that the washer and dryer are actually good machines however after reading these reviews, my fear is greater than ever. Shame on you all for doing these types of business practices. Common sense tells you that if you satisfy one customer, you will likely gain at least 3 because they tell their family and friends. Smh. BEWARE! This is an extremely unprofessional and unethical business. Purchased a used washer/dryer from them the first week of April 2016 for delivery on 4/9, my moving day. Moving day came, but they didn't. I called several times that day asking when they would arrive and was told, "I don't know", but was assured they would be there. They never showed. Next day, Sunday, I started calling again. Eventually, they delivered late Sunday. They delivered the washer with a huge hole in the washer hose, but of course I didn't know that until I used the washer and it flooded my entire laundry room. I immediately called back and was told someone would be out the next day to check. The tech came Monday evening and said nothing was wrong. Tues evening after I got home from work, my entire laundry room was flooded again! (even without running the washer). I called again immediately and was told they would "try" to get someone back out. No one showed. I called again Wed, no one showed again. I called again Thurs, was told no one could come until Friday evening, but they would be there for sure Friday evening. Guess what? No one showed. No one showed Sat or Sun either. Mind you, the appliances came with a 90 day warranty for all parts and labor. I see now they have no intention of honoring the warranty and my only option is to sue. I pulled the receipt from my email from the original purchase and it even states on the receipt, "Hose Has Hole"! They purposefully installed a washer in my home with a huge hole in the hose and then refused to fix it! There is now water damage to my wood laminate flooring and I had to pay to replace the hose myself. I will be making a complaint to the BBB and filing suit in small claims court to cover the cost of replacing my damaged flooring. During one of my many calls requesting assistance with their own incompetence, the very unprofessional woman who answers the phone began speaking to another person in Spanish and laughing about the situation. I can't write my review without providing one star, but this is a zero star review.....Bought a Maytag dryer from them yesterday from a man named Max Dillinger off of Facebook Marketplace. The ad I replied to showed a fairly new Maytag dryer and I've screenshotted the ad and all correspondence. The cost was $185 and included delivery and installation. Max was very responsive throughout the sales process as were his delivery people, calling to give us the ETA. The delivery people worked with my husband. As soon as they left, I checked out the dryer and immediately realized what they brought and installed was an older model Whirlpool. The delivery people had "offered" to take our dryer for us and we now know they were taking it back to Peach Appliances to repair for another switch and bait sale. I began to message Max immediately as my husband was calling the delivery people to ask that they return with our dryer and cash since they didn't bring us what we clearly paid for. The drivers wouldn't have been a block from our home when we started calling and messaging. We have received zero response from Max Dillinger, Peach Appliances or the delivery staff. This is a dishonest company with a very dishonest sales rep and the delivery staff must be in on it, too, since they never answered our calls or texts. My last message to them was I will pursue this in small claims court to receive my cash and dryer back or they can contact us to make arrangements to pick up their older Whirlpool dryer and bring us the Maytag I purchased. read more
