He assessed the two issues quickly and fixed the first in 30 minutes and the second in the next hour. Then he tested each until he knew they were both solidly fixed. He insisted on using quality parts so this would not happen again for a long time. Marcel is an excellent service rep and VERY hard-working. Their fees were very reasonable for the amount of time and parts that went into the repair. I strongly recommend this company for major appliance repair.

Would have come sooner but I had scheduling conflicts. My repair wasn't urgent--I was just tired of having to break the veggie drawers loose from the ice every week. When I went to pick it up, the tech explained to me where to get new filters and how often to change them. Very helpful. This business services all makes and models of vacuum; they name might imply they only do Electrolux, but they service all brands. Every business needs to show a profit. I have a wife that wanted her washer machine working today,…read moreSo being frugal I went to Amazon and looked up the part. So that part was 19$. I looked in other places and found it for some 27$. I I would have ordered it but we only have one clothes washer and the clothes were getting in a pile. I guess I paid for a timely solution never thinking that such a difference should take place. No more sly like a Fox parts. Respectfully yours Lou Russo
