The store was well organized and had good signage. I tried on a few pairs of sneakers and when I found one's I liked, I asked the sales person to see if they were available in my size. They don't keep full pairs on the sales floor so when they are busy, the wait just to see if they have your size could be a giant waste of time. Luckily it was not crowded and the salesperson was pretty quick in locating my shoes. I was also surprised to find that they were on sale and there was not mark down sticker on the shoe or the box. Check out went pretty quickly and I logged into the app to receive my points for my purchase. Dick's carries whatever is needed as a sports enthusiast or a heavy duty athlete. Parking was not great because of so many businesses sharing one lot but I was albe to find parking pretty easily.

I had a very unsettling experience at this Dick's Sporting Goods location. I went in with my…read moregirlfriend to look for running shoes, and a customer accused us of trying to steal things he had left on a chair. He became verbally abusive toward my girlfriend and physically threatening toward me. The situation felt unsafe. The man kept getting close to us inside the store, and continued escalating until we felt we had to leave. I asked employees to call the police, but they appeared completely disinterested and did not intervene, say anything, or take any visible action. They seemed more like spectators than staff responsible for customer safety. I understand that stores cannot control every customer who walks in, but they can control how they respond when customers are being threatened. The lack of employee involvement or visible security made the store feel unsafe. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

Now H&M has kept there prices low to attract as much customers as possible but Champs might have not got the memo and they are priced as if they are located in Bal Harbour. Something has to change and change soon otherwise they might not make it through the holiday season. The only thing keeping this mall alive is Macy's which has traffic no matter where they are located. Dillard's is completely run down looks like a warehouse and Sears is well Sears. In this discourse this small store Champ is behaving more like a chump and needs to definitely improve there pricing strategy or well most people like me will walk in and out in a matter of seconds which of course will not drive sales.

A young sales man asked if we needed help. I asked a couple of questions. When it seemed I may only be a "sales shopper" he literally rolled his eyes at me while walking away. I said "I saw that. It's great you're rolling your eyes at us." I left the store. I probably would have spent up to $500 on ski clothes for her for Christmas. I guess that's not enough for that young sales man. I will never go back in that store.

Came here upon store opening on a Saturday and there was already a queue (it can get busy so be patient). Didn't wait long; So was browsing the store before I got called 5 minutes later. Matthew assisted me in getting my foot sized, come to find out I've been wearing the wrong size all my of my adulthood lol! And I knew my foot was wide and the test determined that was not a lie. Big foot alert. I got a wide foot so I need a wider toe box. He brought out 3 different options, Brooks, OnCloud, & Hokas. I ended up going with the Hokas over the Brooks (only because I like wild colors and only options available we're kind of boring, sucks to have wide feet I can't be included in on the fun color run lol) Hokas had a better colorway option available. Personally OnClouds felt very cheap to me and not natural if that makes sense? But I'm so glad Matthew was able to assist me and show me all the options to narrow things down in my head. Loved the store & the service. Would recommend anyone and everyone to come here to get your foot fitted even if you don't buy anything, it's totally free and knowledge is power!
