He said a new garage door would be anywhere from $4000- $40k. I called my homeowners insurance while he was still here and they told me that quote was way too high and that I need to shop around. I called another company and was quoted $1600-$2300 for a new door. I ended up telling the tech to leave but still had to pay $342 for him to basically close my garage door. So yeah this company is a scam. UPDATE Had another company come out and they were able to get the garage door working by replacing the belt and making some adjustments on the opener. The repairman said that the tech from Don's garage hooked the opener to the wrong hole on the door bracket which was causing it not to close automatically all the way.
