Eddy does great work for what I thought would…read morehave been a lot costlier garage door replacement (he quoted probably half of what I was imagining), and there's no question about that. But because of his quality and value, there is great demand for his services, so it did take a couple weeks to finally get an appropriate time to actually replace the garage door. So I wouldn't mind paying 25-50% more (especially since they offer financing) if he did so choose for a faster service. He even threw in a free lock for the garage. It wasn't an emergency to me, so that probably colors my review. But seriously, dude, you can probably raise your prices just a bit more, and I think most people would be happy.

He had the necessary parts on hand and was able to complete the job without delay... allowing us to have both cars exit the garage. And he left no debris behind. I've since confirmed the cost to be reasonable and competitive for the area. I'd recommend Chris and 614 Garage Door without hesitation

He knocked the door sideways and did some other damage. He was able to get the door open far enough to get his car out so he could go to work, but he was unable to get the door to close all the way before he left. Because I was home by myself and I wanted to go back to bed, I didn't want to be in the house with the garage door partially opened. I tried calling the company that had done our garage door repairs in the past, but no one answered the phone (it was before business hours). I didn't want to wait on them, so I did an immediate search for 24-hour emergency garage door repair service. Quick GDS was the second name that came up (When I called the first one, no one answered the phone, even though they were listed as a "24-hour" service). Connie, from Quick GDS, answered right away. I told her what had happened. She had a technician out to our house within the hour. Sammy came. He was very kind and helpful. He did a check on the door, found the issues, discussed them with me and gave me some options. He didn't fix the door at that time, but he was also able to close it so that I could go back to bed! Sammy and Zach showed up the next morning, right on time, and did the actual repair were "quickly" and efficiently. We were very pleased with their work. There was a slight issue with the repair that was overlooked until after the technicians left. When I brought it to Connie's attention, she had another technician come out and they took care of it within a few minutes, with no extra charge. BTW, because we had Quick GDS do the repairs, we were NOT charged an extra emergency service call, either. That's what I call service!
