Contacted Ohio Mulch and was told they are putting less sand and compost in their growers blend. Ohio Mulch would not stand behind their product quality. After continued arguing, he eventually said the much I wanted was $3.49/bag, which was $0.50/bag more than my original purchase (no where near triple). Went into the office to pay the $0.50 difference, no where in the office did it say "all sales are final." Then the manager, after looking into the system, said the mulch I wanted (which he originally said was "triple the price") was the same price as what I originally paid. After taking what I purchased, when getting home, I looked on Ohio Mulch's website, the "Refund/Return policy," says on non-bulk purchases, with a receipt, they fully refund within 30 days of purchase. I called the corporate office, they did confirm they do not have an "all sales are final" policy. Extremely poor customer service!
