All associated teammates involved in the project, including the electrician, the plumber, and a few others, were very professional efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. The job is fantastic down to the last detail. I've got five kids who were running at his feet the entire time he was working and he handled it gracefully and safely along the way. I cleared our schedule Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday and cancelled kids' activities so we could be when he got here. But he never came any of the days he scheduled to come. There was also a lot of manipulation via text to get us to agree to rescheduling again and again and veiled threats by him implying that if we had someone else do it he would communicate with the warranty company to make sure it wasn't covered. It got to the point that I was actually scared for him to come out to my house at all. So we got reassigned and our warranty company has been alerted to the issue. He may have done a great job if we could have gotten him out here! Unfortunately, we never got the opportunity to find out.
