The only issue we had were the roofing nails sticking out of the boards on the roof in the front and back of the shed. We were concerned that we might hurt ourselves painting. Representatives came out and clipped the end of the nails off and pounded the remaining parts back a little bit. They showed us that they really care about their work and customers. Ace discovered that the prior roofer(2017) had failed to seal a gap between the shingles and the edge of the chimney. The roof that was replaced was two layers, and when it was replaced with one layer, that left an inch or so gap between the shingles and and chimney, which they failed to seal and also failed to install proper flashing so that water would drain away from the chimney. Ace repaired the issue and their price was very reasonable. Recently, I noticed paint cracking and dampness in a ceiling. I called the company that installed the roof-as it is nearing the end of the warranty. They sent someone who said he saw nothing wrong, and claimed they might need better ventilation. He said someone would call. No one did. I called Ace, he went up and saw the source of the problem, a bullet hole-likely there from someone's errant New Year's celebration. He fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Ace is responsive, and most important, he acts with integrity and his assessments are credible. Irrespective of 'warranties,' I trust him and will always call him first.

He also made an appointment for today to come back to discuss options and said we would also clean the gutter at the front of my home at no charge. It had started to rain while he was at my home and he saw where water was draining through my awning and not through the down spout. When he said he would clean my gutter, I knew immediately he was lying. I may be a senior but I am not stupid. He was trying to make a fool of me. Even if there was something this company could help me with I wouldn't trust them. I don't want a response. I just want others to know this company is not reputable. If someone they sent to canvas my neighborhood couldn't be truthful why would I trust them if contracted to do work? A total waste of time! I have a limited income and don't need the nonsense.
