The donuts were fresh and slightly warm. The bacon pieces were cooked nicely with a crunch. The blueberry cake donut was extremely moist and just enough vanilla glaze not caked on heavily; like most places do. Unfortunately because it was literally 4 AM I didn't take any pictures. The pictures do not do the donuts justice. Love that they have a larger staff to serve customers. They serve a lot of the typical breakfast sandwiches and boba drinks. I was told by a manager the app would refund me, but I never received it. Calm words were spoken on both sides, though I'll admit openly we both could have handled ourselves better. You don't have to raise your voice to be rude, and I do feel I was rude while she was frustrated because so many people had my same issue. I also understand that some people feel entitled to free food. I also see it from my perspective where I paid for my food and just want what I paid for. We asked for them to look at the receipt, but the lady at the counter just became argumentative until we said nevermind because we didn't wanna deal with it. As we walked out, the lady was still arguing with us. The girl who took our order wasn't any help. She just stood there watching. Whatevs. My drink tasted okay at first, but as it started to melt, it didn't taste like anything but ice. The prices are average, and the place is clean. However, the drinks are mediocre, and if they're going to argue about the drinks claiming they "come with toppings," then maybe they should put up a NEW menu showing what comes in each drink.
