Unfortunately, it went from bad to worse with Comcast's inability to properly program the lines, as well as the equipment features not functioning as they should. I spent nearly two months with Comcast trying to correct the situation to no avail. With each "fix", the matter only became worse as I was often left with dead phone lines, or phone calls that could not even get through to us; an absolute disaster that cost us dearly. My business partner reached out to John, who took immediate action by beginning the process of transferring us over to his cloud based service provider. John attended to the porting of our numbers, ordering of new equipment, programming of the phones, and in house training. Throughout the process, John treated the matter with the utmost urgency. I now have a much higher quality phone system that I own, as opposed to the more costly rental equipment provided by Comcast. During the installation visit, John properly programmed the phones and installed features and functions that best suited our company needs. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the product and the service. I wish I had switched my phone system to Top Gear Technologies a long time ago.

We are 4 months in now and already seeing great results. Top Gear is fairly priced and the customer service has been great. For us the investment has paid off already and has been well worth it. At the end, I was offered help in designing my own cards. Few months laters, I have returned here for help with creating a new business website. Once again, I was offered the best services. In addition, I recommended the place for a friend who needed help marketing his restaurant. Few months later, his sales have increased. Based on my pleasant experiences, I'll have to say that Rizk Advertising offers nothing but the best services to its customers. I give it five stars with no hesitations.

I made an arrangement/meeting, went in, discussed getting work printed. Everything sounded fine... just a 2 week wait... no big deal... BUT that never happened. Nor did the owner reply to me until an email and a few texts later - all in all, it was just about a month before I gave up. Why didn't anything get printed and why didn't the owner reply for a long time? I'm wondering the same thing. The owner's only reply (about a month later) said: "Sorry. But for some reason I didn't print the job. I'm sorry, but I'll have it ready for you by Monday." Monday rolls around, heard nothing. Again. AT LEAST TELL ME YOU FORGOT TO PRINT IT. Seriously, I mean, you don't even know why?! Horrible. Just horrible. No thanks.

I have attended many, very successful experiences at TTIL. It's a magnet for innovative thinking for any size organization. TTIL's "can-do" innovative space makes for a truly memorable experience. I am both a meeting planner and attendee of hundreds of meetings a year. I been to Fortune 100 board rooms and airplane hangers, garages to hotel rooms, roof tops to cellars, restaurants to drive throughs and nothing comes close to the overall, scalable TTIL. With its reconfigurable space, technology rich, comfortable, spacious layout TTIL is the perfect experience. It's a resource for any meeting that needs to grow new ideas, encourage open thinking, and deliver exceptional results. From the moment attendees arrive the space ignites a passion for new ways to tackle tough challenges. Guests are 'wowed' by its multitude of large video screens, unique furniture, player piano, innovative artifacts, rich interactive environment, and exceptional views of Chicago. TTIL has a passion for innovation that is evident in every detail. Every corner has a new surprise that helps launch a different perspective and a greater sense of focus that can be applied to the tasks at hand. Two bathrooms, full kitchen, multiple meeting areas, movable furniture, and over a dozen video monitors reinforces the fact that this space is optimized for viewing and activities. TTIL encourages ambitious company builders, innovative thinkers, and hungry self starters to spark ideas, create visions, and stimulate audacious and bold concepts, just like the space itself. High ceilings, spiral staircase, huge windows, and a roof deck all contribute to the 'openness' of the thinking encouragement. From the purple walls to the light bulb sculptures to the fireplace everything in TTIL illuminates attendees to 'think' about innovative solutions. The rooms, meals, and service were impeccable. A great variety of snack and refreshments offer 'brain food' for everyone. The space encourages interaction, processes, and results. If Disney is the Happiest Place on Earth then TTIL is the most Innovative Space on Earth.

What a place for innovation and creativity! I first visited The Thinkubator over a year ago, and…read moreI've been back dozens of times since. It's one of my Favorite Places in Chicago to spend time because of the stimulating experiences I've received there! When you walk in the door and through the purple-walled entrance, you know you're in for an Experience. The Thinkubator opens up into high-ceiling and tall windows, inviting chairs and work areas, with wood fireplace, tons of video screens -- complimented by working brains, light bulb gadgets and special seats (such as a spiral, a question mark and one made in the shape of feet -- yes, they're comfortable). There's also a spiral staircase leading up to and a spectacular rooftop view of Chicago where I've eaten lunch and met with groups. I've twice taken "Accelerating Innovation" workshops at The Thinkubator, where I collaborated with other smart people, figured out specifically how I think and learned how to turn all my creativity into innovative and meaningful solutions! The technology solutions are massive, seemingly endless, and they compliment the learning and facilitation of ideas. The Thinkubator is also a place to meet other smart people. Its owner and founder Gerald Solutionman Haman, is the brightest lightbulb in the place! I've also met dozens of really smart people every time I visit. That's why I keep coming back. So if you're looking for a relaxing and stimulating place to meet other smart people to learn and think about ideas, then have your next Experience at The Thinkubator! The space could be used for events and facilitations for probably up to 50 people or more, with the full kitchen, dining area with catered local foods, and quite helpful and friendly event, facilitation and technology staff. There are also breakout areas such as a loft overlooking the space and side rooms including a "Solutionarium" with S-shaped and conference table -- which doubles as a broadcast area for Gerald's many online webinars. It's fun, relaxing, stimulating and a great place to get away and think about your next project or the direction for your company's mission. Very highly recommended!
