Wh doesn't like coming here? Just the thought of browsing all of the pop culture fun stuff is extremely fun. Plus, how satisfying to buy things that make you truly happy. Also, the sheer comfort and peace of mind that they gave me is unparralelled. The whole sticking to the plan with the precautions for the Corona virus is critical. This is pretty much what my reviews consist of now. Workers were making sure the correct numbers of people in a store is only allowed in. Everyone of the employees are wearing their masks correctly. I did not see one associate with their nose hanging out. Which is definitely deserving of a 5 star from me. Thank you so much for reading my review. Always super helpful when we come in and box lunch is the only place I could find hats to fit my 1 year old saved my life moving from California to Michigan with no winter gear! He is still using the same hats from last winter which is great when you wash them they dont fall apart. read more

Don't ever go shopping at this place. The management there is the worst management I've ever dealt with in my life. They will hold pops in the back and not sell them to certain people all because they think that there's someone talking about them and like a little child they will tell you that they don't have the pop. They will tell you that they are all on the shelves and if they are not there anymore that they're all sold out. And the person I'm talking about in general is the manager Kyle. That guy is the worst manager I have ever dealt with in my life. He's a big whining crybaby and told me that he did not have the pop in stock I'll because he thinks that I'm going over to Hot Topic and talking trash about him when I don't even know the dude in general. The only thing that I've ever said about him is that he told me if I bought the gift card were you get 10 extra dollars for buying the gift card that you could not use it the same day. And then I went over to hot topic which is their affiliate store and the awesome staff that they have there told me that you can use the gift card the same day that you buy it. So now every time I go into BoxLunch they will hide pops or he will just sit there and look at me with his goofy looking face all because he thinks that I have all this time in my day to talk about somebody that I can give turds about. So I personally called the regional manager on that store. I'm sure nothing will happen at all and I'm sure Kyle, will make up some BS story to try to cover his butt. But I just figured I'd let people know the practice that that store has is straight up horrible. They're losing a lot of money because I spend a good amount of money on pops but just not at that store anymore. I would rather travel all the way up to Michigan before I walk into that store anymore. And on top of that when the girl went to the back and finally got the pop that I was looking for she grabbed one that had so much damage on it that she knew I was not going to buy it. So I just threw it back on the shelf and told him I'm not gonna buy that and it's on the shelf back there and he had the balls to tell me to go and get a job. To where he doesn't know but I own my own company and I make more money in one day then he does I and his 9 to 5 shift all week. Because we all know you need a college degree To work at BoxLunch lol. read more
