The cashier line at another visit went pretty smooth and fast. All of the workers seemed to know what they were doing and made the long line not so bad.

I'm sorry that people are leaving negative reviews and believe many of them need more patience. I know I would not last long in a retail position, with how rude customers can be.

The first sales lady who helped us had him try on a jacket that was way to big and bulky on him. We stressed to her he likes to wear his clothes more tapered and fitted. We were not confident in her measurements and asked another sales associate to confer also telling him that he would be out of town until the day of the event so measurements were very important. Unfortunately when we received the tuxedo it was ill fitting in every aspect. The jacket was too large across the shoulders and too short in the arm length. The pants were a size 34 and could adjust up from there. (My son wears a 29" or 30" waist.) so therefore the pants were unusable.
