When help was finally requested, I was met with eye-rolling, huffing under their breath, and rude attitudes. I was shocked to see employees getting paid to stand around and socialize instead of assisting customers. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. I will not be returning or supporting a business that treats customers as an inconvenience rather than a priority. Very unwelcoming environment. When I asked to speak with a manager, her response was just as disappointing. She appeared highly inconvenienced and visibly annoyed by my request, rather than concerned about addressing the situation.
