Though this place seems to cater mostly to runners (which I definitely am not), each time I was greeted and helped by a very pleasant employee who was very patient with me as I tried to ask for something about which I know almost nothing. Both times I was carefully fitted for the right size in the right type of the right shoe. The conversation went well beyond "What activity and what size?" into my posture and the angle of my alignment from my knees to my ankles to the ground. The shoes here are pricey, but I believe it was worth it to get the experienced sales staff to ensure I came away with the best shoes for my needs and my body.

It astounds me the way the manager always remembers every customer's name and when and what pair of shoes they bought. I used to do lots of door-to-door sales and my dress shoes would get beat up and kill my feet. When I finally got sick of destroying garbage shoes, I came here. I explained my situation and the manager found a pair of leather dress shoes for me. I may have spent $100 on these shoes, but I have saved money and my feet in the long run.
