Kinda meh for a Kohl's Doesn't get the best stuff. Prices are too high for the area. Better go to the best area that they have a Kohl's( like B'ham or Rochester Hills). They you get better quality stock. read more

The Sephora here is so bad, went in to buy a travel size perfume, at checkout I was recommended to buy a "value pack" with the same perfume and another. Thought that would be a great idea since the other one was one I had considered buying before. Except it was a completely different perfume in the package and I didn't realize til I got home.. being short on time (always) I came back today before work. I'm pretty good at planning time, this should be an in and out trip. I come in the Sephora area grab what I need and go to the register quickly, I overhear the Sephora person helping someone out, but no problem. Eh.. comes to the register and tells me she'll be helping the other customer first.. sure whatever. Then she's asking the customer to sign up for beauty insider and it's an older lady, no hate but she's not gonna speedy when you just hand her and iPhone to fill in all this info then she has to get a code from her email and such.. so I'm getting a little irritated. Sales rep notices and says she'll help me while said lady finishes her BI registration. Cool. Got out quickly but it was a little bit of a mess, caused by their first mess. Felt prompted to review because of that. Second girl saved it and both were nice maybe they just need someone or two to ACTUALLY run the little Sephora hut there. Nice Kohls. read more

I love Kohl's. Great store with all the stuff I am always looking for. The store is nice and clean. Well laid out and if they don't have the size I need I simply go to their website and place the order. Do a lot of my close shopping here. Great variety and good prices. read more

Went inside for a simple purchase of perfume for my mother. Waited 20 mins as all manner of workers fluttered about ignoring customers. Finally was helped at the counter and was told to "Just get what i wanted and take it up to the front" No signs no warnings. Just go wait in the line of 30 people that had acclamaded since my arrival and 20 mins waiting at the counter. Employees chatting and ignoring people whom needed help all around me. Complete disregard for the customer my entire experience. I was then told sorry we don't have any of the perfume that we have advertised all over the store and we have no clue if we will get anymore. All in a all a very poor experience with the staff. I will just order online from now on. This store needs new management read more

This store has a lot to offer; from high quality women's clothes and jewelry to shoes and cookware, it has anything one could want from a fancy department store. What's better, is that some of the only offered male clothes and shoes are Tony Hawk brand, and all the kitchenware is exclusively Food Network Brand. And celebrities from Britney Spears to Avril Lavigne have designs here. There's not much in the way of hoodies unless you like sports and zip-up, and most of the jeans are cheap designer which will cost you $25+ for what you could get at K-Mart these days for $15, but their selection is still top notch. I definitely recommend this store to any woman or teenage girl looking for cheap but high quality clothes/jewelry and to any cook/chef in need of high quality kitchenwares. read more

A nice Kohl's store, although it's not quite as big and thus doesn't have as large of a selection as other Kohl's stores. Staff are always polite and you don't have to wait in line very long when checking out. read more

Get the Kohl's charge card. Keep track of your Kohl's cash. Watch the mailbox for their magazines and extra bonus % off your next purchase. This is the only store I like to shop for clothes. If you do everything like I mentioned then it's totally worth going. The prices then are extremely affordable!! If you try shopping there without the above mentioned??...well then you won't get as big of a bang for your $$$. read more

While my wife was placing a piece of clothing up to her, so I could tell her if it at least looked like the correct size, (fitting rooms, at this store, are still not in service - other similar stores already have them open & available) a young sales girl comes up to us and says "Please let me know which clothing that you put up to yourself, because it'll have to be dissenfected", which is outrages to make such implications, she was touching & folding clothes, I could have easily have told her that with each touch & fold of the clothes that you are putting away, you are contaminating each & every piece you come in contact with! At the very least it was rude & inexcusable, is Kohl's new policy to talk to their customers as if they were a leper? Either she was way out of line or corporate Kohl's has changed their policy towards their customers because of Covid (btw, we had on our masks, that was not the problem). TJ Maxx is right next door, we used to shop both, but after this degrading incident, it'll only be at trusted places, like TJ Maxx (TJ Maxx has their fitting rooms open & takes the time to sanitize the fitting room, not trying to imply that their customers should all be disenfected). Another point is that Kohl's has halted any coupons for extra savings, the store was full of overloaded clearence racks, most looked like clothes from the 60's or 70's, they need to catch up by a few decades. read more

I love this Kohl's store. Always well organized and easy to find items, super friendly staff, never a long wait in line, and great sale shelves. There is never a crowd in this store either, which I love. Very relaxing to shop here, and the deals I find are amazing and NOT picked over. Great store. read more

I was waiting with my mother in a non specific gender changing room waiting on my sister and a woman told me to leave the changing room so i had to wait by myself and not to mention i was not harming anyone or making anyone uncomfortable i was simply waiting on my sister to finish so we could leave.No where did it say Womans Fitting Room and other boys were also in there so i felt as if i could go in and i was the only one who was told to leave. read more
