He was nice to my client, but rude and condescending to me. The sales associate was very knowledgeable, measured my client's feet accurately and placed our order. I can appreciate their old fashioned approach to doing business, but they are very outdated. They need to bring themselves into the 21st century and start using computers and other modern day technology to help run their business. And I don't know why the man who waited on my client was rude to me, but he needs to treat all customers with respect and consideration, not just the ones he already knows. My favorite store for GROCERIES in Monroe. Walmart here often has empty shelves, is outdated and is Walmart. Always overly busy and you can't trust their food. Especially meat (Walmart uses the maximum amount of dye allowed in the country). Kroger is heavily outdated. I know grocers put the most desired products on higher shelves, but you have to be at least 5'3"to get anything off from them and having to go get help is a pain and embarrassment. Their breads are never fresh. Their fresh vegetables rot quickly. As a result, fuel points or no, I don't like Kroger and won't shop there unless I absolutely have to. So, for groceries, Meijer's is my go to store. It's open 24 hours and isn't overly busy. Friendly employees. Meats I can trust, fresh bread, wide selection and they carry items that others do not. Accessible placement of sale items. I have not run into issues with sales items as some have claimed, I have at Kroger's and Walmart. Down sides. Their clothes are overpriced and styles simply aren't mine. Maybe middle class family oriented? I've yet to find anything that I like and the prices are quite steep for ugly clothes. Much of the general merchandise items can be found elsewhere for cheaper. So for groceries, Meijer's almost always gets my business and with the Perks program, my groceries buy much of my personal items and incidentals as well. However, for much of the rest, I shop elsewhere. read more

Fortunately I had ordered another pair that will get me through until the next remade pair arrives. I'm not sure how to rate the service, as it seemed very personally focused and yet the final result was way off? I will say that the cost for the glasses was lower than other stores. In addition, Costco Vision was recommended by my mom's ophthalmologist. I will provide an update when I pick up the remade frames.

My I add I did not deplete their quantity on the shelve. My warning to you is if your going to purchase a large quantity you better check first.
