It was bustling with a DJ playing music with a an upbeat tempo getting everybody in a good mood. Everything is clean, ready to show, and organized. Everything was in its place with price tags and product info. All sales staff were on their game. Remember, this is a new store to the state, so no borrowing staff from a nearby store. And I was never left unattended in any department without someone offering to help with a smile. The only regret was that the grand piano, a staple of Von Maur stores, was not in play due to them opting for the DJ in its place. Never fear, the grand piano is present, though. During my recent visit, most of my walking was around the second level. As I browsed the merchandise, two employees said hello to me. I appreciated that they did not ignore me. I saw merchandise from brands and designers such as 7 for All Mankind, Calvin Klein, Karl Lagerfeld, and Mac Duggal. The store was having a 25%-off sale, so the final prices were fairly low. I picked out travel bags to buy. A cashier immediately rang up my purchase and thanked me.

My husband for years has really liked their thick leather belts and their comfortable underwear, and more recently he has started to buy their shirts and bottoms. I really like their shirts. These products are so durable that they last for many years without getting holes, torn threads, or other damage. The prices are moderate and are reasonable for the high quality. During our past visits to this store, employees spoke nicely with us, offered assistance, did not pressure us to buy anything, and promptly and accurately rang up our purchases. Most recently my husband bought two pairs of shorts that cost only a total of $59.

Think of being outside working construction in Duluth, Minnesota during winter and the need for heavy duty work clothes and accessories. This store is about an hour drive from my home, but was worth the trip to do some Christmas shopping. The building is behind the Robinson Town Mall, but easily found. The store is well lit and everything is attractively displayed and organized. The prices are on the high side, but I can say that what I have purchased from this company has lasted. The underwear is famous for comfort and always good for husband's Christmas stocking. As for me, I picked two of the long no-tug t-shirts for hubs to wrap up and give to me. I usually order online but a trip here was a great way to get things off my gift list. Sales staff were very friendly, except for one cashier who was impatient with how people lined up to checkout. She reminded me of the soup-nazi from Seinfeld. Lol, she'll probably be much nicer after Christmas .

Set on two levels they have much Pittsburgh themed merchandise. Some of this merchandise I have seen in other stores but some were very unique. Set on two levels they currently have Christmas merchandise reduced by 30% They sell different types of giftware including tea towels with clever sayings on them. Beautiful scented candles in small milk jars, artwork, elixir bottles, baby gifts and so much more. They even have an area where you can get a box called "gather" in different sizes. You can then put what you want in it and they will handle the shipping for you or you can take care of it yourself. Depending upon what you buy items can be a bit pricey. I was blown away by a Pittsburgh painted water bottle. Although it was a slightly higher than what I would pay the detail on it is amazing and it does keep beverages cold for a while once outside the refrigerator. With that i purchased a holiday candle and ornament that was reduced. This is a great store if you're looking for something different or can't get to any place else to shop for local merchandise. I told her that I'd give her great reviews bc she was so helpful with helping pick out a few things I purchased. My review isn't from her style of dressing. It's by the politeness from the time you walk in to checkout. Very nice, happy and wish they were opened a bit longer than 7-8 pm on weekend. Is my only complaint. Definitely will buy again from them next time I go.
