I had purchased an appliance in the past with no problem. Then I purchase a new stove expecting the same. Unfortunately, the stove stopped working. When I contacted the store I was given the runaround. I have been waiting 6 months, without a working stove, for resolution. I was promised a new stove and am I still waiting. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the company policy that apparently allows a customer to go without a working stove for so long. Seniors are on a fixed income and I do not have disposable income to waste money on a non working stove. I also do not have the money to go out and buy another new stove after just six months. I like to stop here every now and then. You can find a great deal or two in the second section of the building after the furniture outlet. The items in the first part of the store are a bit pricey. The first section of the outlet definitely gives off country store decor vibes and prices. WOW! No, really, WOW! This place has literally got it all under one spectacularly large roof. Attached to this place (read that as part of the whole, but separate) is an optical store, a thrift shop, and for the life of me I cannot remember the third one, I want to say it's a craft store. This store is very similar to 380 Auction located outside of Plum. But the huge difference here is that they sell appliances. Bonus! It takes a while to browse this place. I mean there are aisles upon aisles for your browsing pleasure. Think like you walk into a Dollar Tree, wander around, and look down at your basket/cart and be like 'WHOA, how'd all that get in there?' (Shop responsibly people!) Now, it's almost impossible to know who an employee is here, as they are dressed like everyone else the is milling around amongst the products. But, if you need something, or want someone to help you with something, they seem to magically appear out of nowhere, as if they have supersonic hearing and overheard you say you wished you had someone to help you. Even though there is a ton of merchandise inside this place, they seem to have a working knowledge of everything they do have. I mean, you want to know about that grill and if it can handle a chicken for rotisserie? Or how many horsepower does that riding lawnmower have? And maybe just if this flea and tick treatment will work on my fifteen pound dog? They definitely have the answer. This place can definitely be fun to just browse and get ideas for a party or maybe a craft project you were looking into. I have never been disappointed while coming here. I always end up coming out with a few bags fill. My last visit I didn't even break the $20 mark and walked out with some great items. I remember coming here with my parents as a kid and I always thought it was cool. The one that used to be in Norwin Hills was much smaller, but I remember that location far more. I haven't been here in quite a while, but the hubs and I found ourselves in yet another massive home improvement project and decided to check out Wow. The hubs had heard that Wow had lots of kitchen appliances cheap, so what the heck. The place was how I remember it, with a mish-mash of crafts, outdoor furniture, an eyeglass store, appliances, tons of yinzer gear, candy, etc. We found our way toward the appliances and did some looking around. Although we found several dishwashers, microwaves, and stoves (fridge we previously purchased), many didn't have prices and some had a name on them, indicating they were already sold and awaiting pick up. We looked around a while, but never saw anything that Wowed us (horrible pun intended). We also never saw an employee except for the one lone cashier. I'd probably give Wow three stars, because it is what it is - like Pechin's or any other discount store - what you see is what you get. However, the store was poorly lit and the lighting they did have was so poor I found myself having difficulty reading the signs. Also, prices weren't that great. We saw some patio furniture that was 'on sale' for $999...not a bargain. Also, appliances were actually more expensive that we saw at three other locations (box stores). We left and ended up purchasing our appliances elsewhere. read more

The outlet is very good depending on what items you are choosing. But ....beware of the appliances. We purchased a Bravos 8.8 electric Maytag dryer,they delivered it ,did not start on delivery! I tried to get them to exchange it or return it, the appliance guy Aron told me to call Maytag! Day one! No return!
