I reached out to Carl desperately needing something better to sleep on for my health and overall well being. Finally got around to giving him a call and I told him which types of mattresses had worked out for me in the past and what my budget was and he gave me some recommendations of each type. We made an appointment the next day to come in to the store to where I was informed with his entire inventory ranging from spring, hybrids, and memory foam and I had the opportunity to lay on every single mattress option. I found one where I felt like I was laying on clouds and had to have it! but it was a little over my budget... 'I was greet by Chase. He showed me where the different sections of furniture could be found. I found the most comfortable couch I had ever sat on. It had an adjustable neck support option. This was perfect since I have awful neck problems. He also showed me another couch set from the same manufacturer so I could compare them. I can't imagine how much more expensive it would be to add this option to any other couch anywhere else. Not only was the couch beautiful and comfortable, but the price was fantastic! I also found a TV stand with a fireplace. It had the option of multiple heat settings as well as flame options. I was able to postpone the delivery for a month. When the delivery guys showed up, they were quick, efficient and professional. They put together the furniture, made sure everything worked, AND was where I wanted it! I went shopping for a sectional couch and mattress for my daybed yesterday. Carl was awesome. He was very appreciative for the business and it definitely showed. He had a good selection of inventory for couches and mattresses. The furniture was solid and good quality. I found a couch and mattress that I purchased. After going home and measuring again I realized that the couch wouldn't fit. Always measure twice! I reached out to Carl and was going to ask him to switch the couch to my second favorite that would fit in my room. Given his desire to provide great customer service and wanting me to be extremely happy with my purchase, he looked into my first pick and was able to order the sectional in a different configuration than what he had on the floor which fit in my room. I purchased a firm mattress from here about 2 months back. I slept good for the first 2 nights, & then since have continued to have back pain from being a side sleeper. That is the reason I purchased a new mattress to hopefully help get better sleep, & no more back pain in the morning.
