Man Scott an his team Are stand up! I decided to make a comeback to bowling after a six year hiatus came in there with some balls that I had previously bought off of bowlersMart to get drilled. They took them and did an amazing quick job and also helped me with some tips that they suggested. The thing I appreciate the most from them is the honesty sometimes people will mistake honesty for bad customer service, but in this bowling space sometimes honesty is the best thing that you need to help you get better about the equipment that you decide to use and the balls that you're trying to use. I just want to say I really appreciate you guys for taking the time to always chat with me even when I'm just walking in there to browse and I really do appreciate the insight. If you are new to bowling or somebody that's been bowling for a while and looking for a great pro shop looking no further! read more

Scott at the Pro Shop was very friendly and professional. He did a great job getting me the ball I wanted quickly and drilling it for a perfect fit while I waited. Thank you for great service! read more

I wanted to replace my old bowling ball and the owner was super helpful. He didn't pressure me to get an expensive ball. He asked me what I would be using it for and then suggested a range of balls. I picked one that I liked and added a bag. It was a very pleasant experience. read more

The BEST place for your bowling needs! Ordered 2 balls from them and the price came with drilling! The people who run it are very nice and knowledgeable. I will be commuting to this shop from now on. Great place read more

Scott, Joe, and Dania are all very skilled PSOs. I highly recommend them, especially if you're a beginner. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and will definitely help you get set up the right way. Great service overall, 10/10. read more

Great Joe real cool & everybody fair prices got my ball drill & seal there cheapest in the Bay Area like that

Joe and team their were Awesome!! Very helpful in answering our questions. Had a great conversation with them.

This is the ONLY place you need to go when you need bowling equipment! Great selection, good prices, and quick service. Scott is probably tired of seeing me; as I seem to be there every week or so - but there's NO ONE in the Bay Area that does a better job of drilling and setting up equipment than Scott and his crew (and I have 47 bowling balls to prove it)! That reminds me...the new Hammer Special Effect is releasing soon...I'd better Give Scott a call. read more

Scott and his crew at Bowlers Experience Too are awesome. My local pro shop is never open, and when they are, they lack good customer service. I recently drove 30 miles to this shop looking for a new spare ball and I was extremely happy with the knowledge and customer service Scott provided. Although they didn't have the right size ball I wanted in stock, they ordered it and it arrived two days later as promised. Scott also includes drilling and inserts with all of his ball purchases, which saved me a good amount of time and money, and he also provided complimentary service by replacing and repairing grips on one of my other balls. Bowlers Experience Too provides good value with prices which can't be beat, along with providing great customer service and knowing how to look after their customers. This will be my "go to" pro shop moving forward. read more

When I went to my local pro shop when it was supposed to be open it was not. When did this become the Norm? What am I missing when it comes to Bowling Pro Shops. Is it a dying breed? Noooo. Not in Dublin at Earl Anthony Bowl. Scott took care of me on the phone and all I have to do is go down there 3 days from now. And there hours are really consistent. Thank you Scott read more

NO STARS. Non-existent customer service. Said "Hello" when we walked in but got no response from the guy behind the counter. NOTHING. He kept going on like we weren't there. Got eye-balled by the 2 guys just sitting there. Talk about feeling unwelcomed! read more

Thank you Scott & Joe for the great service you've given me not only just recently but over the past couple of years. Fast repairs , accurate drilling and very fair pricing. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bowler Experience Too to my friends and family. Thanks again Wayne read more

Just spoke with Scott. Was looking for something specific. Genesis thumb tape quick release (red) to be exact. They didn't have any in stock, but he quickly and happily ordered it and said he'll have it soon. We spoke a bit about thumb tape, and my experience with another brand and how the staying power was not the same as I have experience with the Genesis. He appreciated the feedback and put it into action. I love places that listen to their customers. Even for something as little as thumb tape. read more

Absolutely the BEST place for ALL your bowling needs. Scott is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Really pleased with the service and he's just an overall great guy. I mentioned his outstanding reviews and he said, "yea I pay people off! " LOL Definitely not true! He's the real deal. read more

This is the place to go for all of your bowling needs. We've had multiple balls drilled out here and they've worked with us to ensure that the sizing is exactly how we like it. They have both new and used equipment for sale, all at pretty reasonable prices. If you want balls, they've got balls read more

Scott is the best. He's the only PSO in the East Bay (that I know of) that has JoPo thumb grips. He set up two of my balls with it and pointed out that I needed my second ball's thumb hole replugged if I wanted it to match my first one (that fit better). I think Scott appreciates when customers are know what they need but definitely didn't mind filling me in on gaps in my knowledge. I'll be coming to Scott moving forward. PS: I think he mentioned that if you get a ball from him you always get drilling included, and maybe fingertip grips as well? Don't quote me but I noticed his prices are better than most online retailers or other PSOs as well. read more

Boy, do we LOVE this place. The owner/operator has a great dry sense of humor and is all business when it comes to customer service. He got my new bowling ball ready in about ten minutes (they also have a great inventory of, well, everything) and delivered it to me on lane #19 while I was getting ready to start playing. He fitted my wife with a great wrist brace and resin bag and explained how best to use both. We traveled from Tracy California to go to this pro shop because, well, they were open! Other bowling pro shops are either unmanned, or they just aren't there when they say they will be. This guy knows what customer service is. This is a great place to do business and worth three hours of driving to get to it (it only took us 40 minutes, but hey, you get the idea). read more

I heard about Scott before I even met Scott. That's how awesome this guy is! I'm lucky that I moved right down the street from EA because it's my new home base, and Bowlers Experience Too is one of the best pro shops I've ever visited. This was the shop that fixed the inserts on my first ball that I had drilled elsewhere. I loved the service so much that I just got my second ball drilled there today. I had a great conversation with Scott while he worked on my ball, and I was rolling it down the lane in less than 30 minutes. It's rare that you'll get your ball out that fast AND be given such great customer service at the same time. This place is truly a gem! If you don't see what you want in-store, it can be ordered with a click of a button so do not pass this place up. This is where you need to go for all of your bowling needs! read more

Scott has drilled multiple balls as well as changed the grips in previously drilled balls for my husband, son and myself and we are always happy with his work. He's very patient with me when I come in and ask loads of questions and ask for all kinds of recommendations. Ordering a ball through him is also super easy and I can have it in hand and drilled within a few days. He's got a good sized shop that you can actually see a good selection of balls which is very helpful for me. I drive about 45 mins to get to his shop but it's worth it for the service and help we get from him! read more

First time shopper and will definitely be bringing my business here again. I walked in looking to get back into bowling after 10+ years and to finally replace my bowling ball that "went missing." Scott greeted me and I bombarded him with a ton of questions. He answered all of them and made recommendations based on what style of bowler I am. Ended up picking the Black Widow Hybrid and he had it done within 30 minutes. Bought the wife her own double roller bag too. Can't wait to try out the new ball. read more

My husband has always wanted his own bowling ball, but we had no idea where to start. Thank God we found this place (thanks to all the helpful Yelp reviews)! 10/10 would recommend! The customer service was beyond incredible and my husband could not be happier with his new bowling ball. Hopefully this review helps someone else find this place so that they too can meet the knowledgeable Bowlers Experience Too team and have all of their bowling needs fulfilled. read more

I originally went to a different pro shop as it was closer to where I live even though someone had advised me not to. Long story short it was a mistake. Multiple issues of dealing with the pro shop owner. I recently just went to Bowlers Experience and what a difference! I could tell that he was really busy but he was still super helpful. He even fixed the mistake from the other pro shop. I will be going here first from now on. read more

Scott is friendly, accommodating and the prices are very reasonable. He listens to your needs/wants and comes through big time. I purchased a Roto-Grip Hustle yesterday and I am seeing good results read more

My ratings are based off customer service and I didn't feel welcomed in this Pro Shop. Taller gentleman helped me (idk his name - didn't introduce himself) and I had my own ball I brought in, told him what look I wanted and simply said 'well this isnt going to do that'. He then took the ball, drilled it and charged me. Didn't ask for my specs, didn't know how I bowled, just took it and put holes in it. I'm most disappointed that I felt like he didn't give me a chance to talk bowling. Just wanted to drill it and get me out. Haven't gone back and most likely won't. It's a shame because not only was I recommend to go there from a PBA Pro but it seems like everyone else has had a pleasant experience with who I'm assuming I worked with. read more

Great, friendly, prompt service. 3 rd time having a bowling ball worked on and I'm happy with each sero

We picked up a new ball for my son and Scott was awesome as usual! He was handling the kids league, running the store - since his employee took an unexpected vacation - and he was able to prep and drill the ball for my son in 30 min! He brought the ball out for my son to use... THAT is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! You can buy things online but we should always support hard working business owners like Scott! 5 star review - only because I can't give him more! read more

Walked in over the weekend comparing prices on new bowling balls from shops around the area. Came to Earl Anthony's to bowl and stopped in. I decided to pick up the Storm Code Black. I was helped by Scott who was helpful and very knowledgeable. My experience here was great and my lady is looking to purchase here now as well. Customer service was excellent and never felt pressured into buying anything. Lane 41 will be our go to shop. Thanks Scott! read more

After many years of using house equipment, I decided to buy my own bowl but I was a little overwhelmed by all the information on the internet. I should have skipped that and just went straight to bowlers experience too! All the folks I interacted were knowledgeable, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. In addition, I was happy to find things in my price range (which I wasn't expecting) Since then I have bought shoes and other supplies and every interaction has been extremely positive. read more

Scott know his things, being buying bowling equipments with him 5 years already. I knew him since he was working in Fremont, very nice person and he help me fitted my bowing balls and even teach be some bowling skills when I am green. read more

Scott is fantastic!! I bowl on a league at dublin bowl. A couple weeks ago while I was bowling my shoe completely fell apart ... the entire sole broke apart from the shoe!! Scott was walking by and saw the mishap...he quickly pulled out his phone and searched for the same type and size shoe. He found one similar (just a different color) and ordered them on the spot!! When I came in the next week to bowl they were ready for me to pick up! Now that is what I call service! He went above and beyond! If you ever need any bowling gear go see Scott and he will take care of you!! read more

Awesome place to go for beginners and long time bowlers!

I was referred to Scott here during a coaching session this July. I believe in giving specific examples, so here it goes ... I needed a new pair of bowling shoes as I started bowling left handed and I owned right handed only shoes. We didn't know if universal shoes would work, so I took a chance and got them. I tried the universal shoes on a couple throws and they just didn't work for me. Scott said, 'no problem, I will get the left hander shoes tomorrow, just bring yours in then to exchange.' And that's how it worked out, no problem. Another time I asked Scott to hold a Rocket Ship for me to buy. I came in next day, and he kept it for me, but I decided not to buy and instead have the thumbhole reworked on my old ball. Scott didn't complain in any way. Scott has re-slugged and shaped the thumbhole on several bowling balls and it's always an easy price of only $15. This shop has a nice display of new bowling balls from entry level to high end. I took him up on a Roto Grip Wreck-It and got a great out the door price, drilled and set up with grips and insert. I also got some great help from a substitute driller, Sean, on a Saturday and another guy who gave me some great personal advice on how to check for a safe, comfortable grip span. Sean was able to use a larger slug and reduce span on my bowling ball without having to plug and redrill (which takes couple days). He nailed the thumb fit spot on and we've patterned that for my other bowling balls. I've driven out of my way to come to this shop for service, and it has been worth it. read more

My wife and I buy our bowling balls from here and are impressed with the customer service. John has our measurements and we returned later to pick up our new balls. We of course took them out for a spin on the lanes and they worked great as usual. We always have a great experience at this pro shop. The prices are comparable to the internet. Not sure why yelp has this listed as a $$$$ shop. Jeremy V. I would trust a visually impaired man with over 40 years of bowling experience (including ball drilling and maintenance) and has over 200 average in multiple leagues to drill or fix my bowling ball any day!!! read more

The only pro shop I will go to. Scott does a great job takes good care of his customers I would recommend him to anyone. I have had a great experiences with this pro shop if I order any bowling products it's in there with in a couple days and he takes good care me. So for all your bowling needs go to Scott at Lane 41 Pro Shop. read more
