What a fun experience! Bowling is one of my favorites, and cosmic bowling is even more fun. Great, high-energy music, friendly staff (server, front desk, manager), issue-free operating system, ball return, and pin reracking, as well as a huge arcade area. It was $37/person for unlimited bowling, shoe rental, and a $10 card for the arcade tonight (Sunday night). Pro tip: Avoid lanes 30 and higher that are right by the bathrooms. It smelled foul.

Had a great time at bowlero in Norwalk last Friday! Kudos to all the staff that was assisting me with the children. Evan was our waiter chef Alex came out and checked on us to make sure the food was on point which of course it was Victor and Justin also helped me at the desk. It was my first time here and I can't say I've had a better experience bowling and can't wait to come back. Everyone deserves a raise.

Visited with my daughter and her friend. Enjoyable time in a clean and spacious environment. Staff was friendly and attentive. Ample parking available at $11.99 per game and $7.99 per shoe rental. Opted for the alley sampler and kids tenders meal. The fries were a tad salty, a couple of wings were chewy, and the cheese bread slightly stale. Despite these minor hiccups, the overall food quality was good, with the sampler priced at $35.99 and kids tenders around $7.99 or $8.99. Tried the Jim Beam bourbon and ginger-ale for $7 (Monday thru Thursday), slightly sweet but enjoyable. Recommend this location for a great experience.

Beer Tower

This place is a decent bowling alley but isn't as clean as other Bowlero franchises I have been to. They have a decent selections of beer served in glasses, pitchers and towers. That's about great to hangout with friends and share a tower. They have decent traditional American finger food like fries, nachos, chicken tenders, etc. I'd probably give it a chance again.

Only worth your money if you go on a Tuesday or after 6 PM on a sunday. Regular price for the lanes is a bit much.

My son loved his party and his friends had an amazing time bowling, Pizza, laser tag, and arcade.

You have got to check out this brand new roof top bar in Norwalk…read more The Sono Sky Bar opened up just a few months ago and is the perfect spot to get a drink and have fun. Their motto is craft cocktails, good vibes, and sweet views and we couldn't agree more. The drinks were great, they had a bunch of signature cocktails. The decor and seating area made for an inviting and comfortable experience accompanied by an awesome view of the Norwalk Harbor. We can't wait to get another drink here and try some of their food next time!

The only good thing about this place is the view…read more The drinks are very overpriced and contain hardly any alcohol--I ordered a strawberry something and it was basically a mocktail. We were a group of five and ordered two crispy shrimps, two beef empanadas, and one chips and dip. The food took an hour to arrive to our table (minus the chips and dip which never came). The food was akin to grocery store frozen appetizers. Service was incredibly slow all around. We asked for small plates to eat our appetizers on. Our waitress came by 10 minutes later and told us they ran out of plates. At this point we knew we had to get out of there. We had to track down our waitress just to pay. For some reason she told us twice she comped the chips and dip that never arrived. (FYI: they add 20% gratuity on bills over $100.) We walked to the elevator where there were several stacks of small plates on a cart. If you want a rooftop with good drinks, attentive servers, and delicious food, this is not for you. Just go to Evarito's.

I had a terrible experience at the Factory Underground Open Mic. What was advertised as a "free,"…read moresupportive community event turned out to be an exhausting, $15, 4-hour ordeal. The overall vibes were messy and horrible. Between a rowdy, disrespectful crowd, incompetent management, and bad sets dragging on for way too long, the energy was completely wrong. The tone was set right at the beginning when the host introducing the show admitted she had no idea what food the venue was serving, which was a perfect preview of how disorganized the night would be. First, the hidden costs were very disappointing. This event is advertised as "free" with "paid parking available." I traveled all the way to the venue with my instrument, only to be surprised with a mandatory and very expensive $15 flat-rate parking charge. This feels highly misleading and is an exorbitant amount to pay for parking that no attendee going to a "free" event would have anticipated. I would have been happy to pay that amount if it were an upfront admission ticket instead of an unexpected, mandatory parking toll. The physical setup of the venue made things even worse. The seating layout consists of tables and couches scattered around inconsistently, making the room incredibly awkward and cramped. Because it is so poorly laid out, a large portion of the audience was forced to stand blocking the entrance the entire night. The time management was also incredibly unfair. The event advertised 6-minute slots, which management honored to performers for the first half of the show. However, once they reached the second half, they abruptly cut our slots down to 3 minutes. What made it worse was that even after enforcing this 3-minute restriction on us, management still allowed select performers to go overtime and completely disregard the rules. They let certain acts, including ones the audience clearly disliked, drag on for over 5 minutes without cutting them off. They also showed clear favoritism to students who take paid classes there, letting them combine their sets to hog the stage for 20 minutes. This inherently defeats the purpose of an open mic, makes the audience restless, and prevents different voices from shining. Allowing these specific acts to run significantly over schedule directly penalized the artists left at the end of the night, pushing the entire event way past its intended end time. Because management refused to enforce the rules, the show ran late and 90% of the audience left. I waited over three hours and paid over $15 just to play a single 3-minute song to an empty, exhausted room. To top it off, when people were actually there, the crowd was loud and disruptive. Audience members were loudly taking phone calls and talking over performances while management did absolutely nothing to maintain basic etiquette. I left feeling disappointed, exhausted, and completely unappreciated as an artist. If you are looking for a welcoming and well-run open mic, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Furthermore, seeing how unprofessionally this event was managed makes it hard to recommend the business as a whole. If they cannot handle basic scheduling or treat outside artists fairly, it calls into question the quality of their paid music lessons and recording services. I suggest saving your time and money and finding a venue that actually values musicians.

Considering the fact that 3 hours of unlimited attractions is $43 on its own, the Level Up package is a deal! Plus, I don't have to limit my kids' activities so everyone is happy. My boys loved the Dark Ride, which is an interactive ride with shooting elements, and the bumper cars. There was also a ropes course, rock wall, ninja warrior course, and a ballocity play area. The only bummer was that the mini bowling was out of order, and I know my sons would have loved that.

Better version of Chuck E Cheese…read more The best part of the trip to Xtreme Play was the strapped in aerial obstacle course. Geared towards the younger crowd, adults can partake in the play which was pretty cool. There was enough excitement from the various obstacles to provide a thrill, old and young alike. This was definitely the highlight of the entertainment center. Safety wasn't an issue and there was enough supervision even with the additional risks. There are many arcade games but 1/3 of the games seemed to be out of order for my trip. Not sure if that is because of the package my group paid for. Honestly most of the games were stale. The bumper cars were of the kiddie variety and used levers for movement instead of a steering wheel so it was a little less bump which takes away some of the fun. The overall drive space was smaller so the bumps were more like nudges. The scary 3D movie experience also didn't provide the thrill I was expecting. The aroma of buttery popcorn is very prevalent everywhere in the center, so much so that I swear it's on purpose to make you buy popcorn. The pizza was not impressive but I suppose standard for the course. During my visit the wait for the concession lines were really long. The floors were well cleaned and maintained which is a nice change from the normal food stained floors of most kiddie entertainment centers.
