I truly appreciate how much care they put into the presentation of the takeout bowl as you can see in the pictures before and after putting in the broth. That really took the experience the extra mile for me. The noodles are fresh, the cuts of pork belly are juicy and the broth is delicious and not too salty. Since the noodles are so fresh, if you don't pick it up as soon as it's ready, they tend to stick together in a single block. So once you get home, let the noodles sit in the warm broth for a bit so they can separate a bit before eating them or it will be difficult for you.
