Then today (Monday), I get a call saying "Your brakes are metal-on-metal, and we can't replace them." That is 100% false. Then comes the biggest joke: they tell me they can't put my tires onto my rims, even though they supposedly have a $15,000 tire machine. Are you kidding me? What kind of professional shop can't mount tires with all that expensive equipment?
